Stayed in the superior double 1 night and deluxe twin 2 nights. Love the room. Good sleep too. Simple and new. The deluxe twin was more expensive but more spacious and liked it better. Also has a jacuzzi. Only problem is that the bath shower had no curtains in both to types of rooms. Breakfast was simple. Toast, eggs, salad,... More

My friends and I (all 14 of us) were booked at Hill House Hotel. We chose this hotel because, first, of its price, and second, because of its location. Although it's a budget hotel, the hotel had almost all one needed in a trip. The rooms were not really spacious, but comfortable enough. The closet, though was really tiny. Bedroom and... More

I do agree with previous reviewers as far as location, value and cleanliness is concerned, but not a single room in the hotel has a shower-cubicle. You have to climb in and out of bathtubs, neither glass partitions or shower curtains are provided causing the proverbial floods unless you are extremely careful. Nevertheless I will again stay at this hotel... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was in a not so upscale area but it had a nice reception area very clean room and free wifi that did not drop. It was very close to the subway and Namdaemun market and just a short bus ride away from Namsan Hanok village and N tower. The room we had... More

We found this hotel on booking.com but never knew how hard it was to find it. It was a small hotel on top of a hill near Myeongdong which not many local Koreans knows about and with the language barrier to was 3 times as difficult.. After changing our taxi drivers twice the third one had a GPS that took... More

There is a lack of midrange hotels in Korea. It's hard to find a standard and affordable hotel in many places in Korea including Seoul. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It's conveniently located close to the metro station and walkable distance from some main attractions. The room was large but not efficient or comfy. And... More

The hotel is a very clean , very helpful excellent staff, and close to the tourist and shopping areas and markets. We did not like the hotel rooms without windows in the basement. breakfast satisfactory but doesn't vary. It should be noted that the hotel is on a steep hill and is not suitable for the elderly or unfit unless... More

This is a great hotel for the budget traveller, close to subway and shopping malls and markets. Room was very clean with great a/c although we had a basement room with no window but large bathroom. Staff very helpful and eager to please. Nice breakfast of fried eggs toast cereal juice and coffee. We will be staying here again.

We find the location of the hotel ideal as it is situated very near to the Hoehyeon Metro Station. It's also walking distance to the Namdaemun market as well Myeongdong shopping area. We do not find walking up the hill to the hotel a problem unless you are carrying heavy luggage. We also like the simple breakfast which is just... More

The hotel is located close to Myeongdong. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was served in a small restaurant on the ground floor. Wifi was available in the room. On my opinion, this hotel was a good choice for exploring Seoul, specially for its reasonable price and pretty good service.
