The hotel is nice and clean. Its old building and old inner design. Large loby that can serve large groups as well. The food is basic and include some vegtables, 2-3 types of chees and ages. When the hotel is bussy the food become better. Beside the hotel there is great local restuarant - you have to try it if... More

Bazaleti Lake is no doubt the best hotel in Tbilisi. Located right in the center, with access to all the central attractions and sights. The service was excellent, very comfortable and well-taken-care of rooms. The staff was acute to any of our personal personal needs. We especially enjoyed visiting the great hall during the evenings, there was a lovely environmental... More

What a dump! Grim building that Stalin would have been proud of: awful design and the right combination of large size with minimal facilities to meet socialist specifications. Indeed, it would be difficult to conceive of a building with less charm. In fairness, the room had been well cleaned and, as a previous reviewer noted, the toilet paper is decent... More

I have been traveling to Georgia quite often, and I must say I really liked my staying at the Bazaleti Palace hotel. Its right in the centre of Tbilisi (a 5 minute cab ride to any market place from there). The staff was incredibly nice, hospitable, understanding, and try to do their best to help so the customer will get... More

No stranger to local non-chain hotels myself I have to say whoever runs / owns this one has certainly never stayed in one. Designed along 2 long corridors to resemble an up-market crematorium it's website makes several claims that are not true - tea and coffee facilities in the room - NO - airport transfer can be changed to your... Just finished a business trip to Tbilisi. I stayed in the new Bazaleti Palace Hotel which is a great new hotel. It is located next to the central bus station and a short drive to the city center. This is a great new property with great service and large rooms. The windows are on the small side but it doesn’t... More
