beds are terrible.Just a box spring some kind of cover to soften the blow. Bathroom are nice, but no washclothes. The closet doors were broken. Our door lock was broken. I did not feel safe. Balconies are nice. remote worked when it wanted to. Only 1 english channel. Smelled constantly like smoke. Very hot at night in room, but too loud to open door. Our breakfast buffet had an electrical fire with flames going up the wall. The guests had to put it out. There are no fire extenguishers, no fire alarms, no sprinklers. The elevators were scary. They hold only 2 people with maybe a piece of luggage squeezed in. Not handicapped facilities at ALL. Only 1 computer that went off mid emails if you could ever get on. If you have anyway to stay somewhere else do so!!! Not to American standards by far.... Not child friendly at all. more
