Amazing historical building with 4-5 meters ceiling height. Hotel staff is really friendly and always ready to help. Try beauty salon located in the same building. Enjoyable professional spa service for the price you never find in Europe. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. The rooms are clean, modern and airy. The breakfast was nice and fresh and the staff always there to help. I never leave my passport in my room, in the luggage, when there is no safe. This time I did feeling confident of the security at the hotel between staff and cameras.... More

Good family owned hotel with high service level. It is right next to Rustaveli Avenue in the new part of Tbilisi and walking distance to the old part. Good wifi connection and air conditioning. Pick up at the airport if you stay > 3 days.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while in Tbilisi for a conference. The rooms were a nice balance between function and comfort. Excellent hotel security. The bathroom was large by Georgian standards with a western shower. Gorgeous large windows that open up on a side street. Some rooms have balconies. For me, when visiting a new city/country, you are... More

This is a fairly new hotel. Has 7 rooms or so. I actually stayed in two different rooms during my stay. Both were similar. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were nice. Not sure why this is listed under the category "Specialty Lodging". It is a hotel. Great Location – a one minute walk from Rustaveli Ave, across from Opera. Breakfast was... More

I had to work in Tbilisi and my hosts had reserved this then brand new Hotel. I was welcomed as a family member coming home after a long period. All people working there did their uttermost best to make the stay a success. Tea when coming home not to late or wine when they thought I needed a glass .And... More

Excellent value for money. Small friendly hotel, only 5 rooms and only been open for 2 months. Rooms very modern with a huge comfy bed. Location excellent, on a side street half-way along Rustaveli St but still quiet. Breakfast varied and delicious. Staff extremely helpful and helped organise two day trips. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. (We... More

Rustaveli Hotel was a great find. Right on the main avenue in Tbilisi, the hotel is on the second floor of an old and elegant building. The rooms are very high and stylish, the staff very helpful and breakfasts delicious. If you are lucky, you will get a room with a balcony overlooking the sidestreet and Rustaveli Avenue. The owners... More
