Hotel is located at a historical neighborhood which is all renovated. Beautiful view clean and very convenient. Staff are very responsive and friendly. If you are going to tbilisi for that first time, must stay here

The first time I visited Georgia I stayed in this fantastic hotel on the top of Maidan. It was snowing, and the view from my room left me breathless. The room was large and modern furnished. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and the service fast. The hotel is excavated in the rocks and the main hall is particular, it... More

I stayed here for four nights and loved it. From the friendly staff, very cool archaeology (tastefully preserved by the hotel owners) to the buffet breakfast at street level, this is a gem. And I haven't yet mentioned the view. I think I had the best balcony, but I can't imagine that any of the rooms doesn't have a great... More

We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect - amazing views of the city, close to major sights including the Narikala Fortress, close to restaurants and night life - and you get a little workout every time you walk home up the crazy hill (beware that some taxi drivers have a hard time tackling... HOTEL Citadel Narikala promotes itself as a museum hotel uniquely located on the mountainside directly beneath the Old Fortress. In addition to close proximity to the fortress, the Old Town, baths and a plethora of cafes and nightclubs are steps away. This small hotel perched on the hillside offers splendid citywide views as well as the opportunity to remain fit... More

Pros: Rooms are very clean Balcony and view is amazing and a joy to spend mornings/evenings watching the view Hotel is artfully designed into the rock of the citadel and tastefully decorated Front desk helped a lot with booking restaurants and other activities Kept the breakfast open pretty late (I think 11AM) Room service for coffees/teas/extra towels always good Recommend... Nice and upscale to a great extent. Some issues with broken closet doors, hooks would be nice, maybe an extra towel when needed but nothing dramatic. The view from the rooms is fantastic but if you're walking back to the hotel it does have a steep walk up the last 100 meters. It's not a problem if you're fit or... More

Small (20 rooms ), nice located hotel fitted right into the rock below the citadel. Good managed, hospitable staff. If you are looking for something special, romantic, with incredible view - that is right place. A few bad words might be said about restaurant service, but after they compensated it with deserts, I wouldn't

I gave this review far too late, but I still remember the hotel as if it was yesterday. It was close to perfect. Some of the staff members were a little grumpy, but most of them were all smiles and service. The place appears safe and modern, the price is reasonable and the little restaurant offers perfect food. To my... More

I chose the hotel because of the mostly good ratings and the location. Well, the room ist bland, the bed is hard to the point it makes one upset! There is not one hook in the whole room incl. Bathroom to hang up a jacket or coat for example.only 3 hangers in the closet for 2 persons. The rooms smells... More
