I had a very comfortable stay at the Marriott Courtyard. The location is perfect, right on Freedom Square with the Old Town in easy walking distance. The room was spacious with a good selection of satellite TV channels, and there were no issues with cleanliness. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts were excellent. In fact, the... more

True, there is nothing "Georgian" about the hotel, but what does it mean for a hotel to be "Georgian" or of any other nationality? It is a modern facility, with decent size rooms, well functioning amenities - if you want some colorful ethnic character, move out of the city. The location is perfect: right between the Old city and the... more

Room smelled of smoke, even though it was meant to be a no smoking room but has a great location at the heart of the city and in general offers a good service more

Easily the best hotel in town if not all of Europe. It rivals the Four Seasons in Boston. Service is exceptional. Staff is very nice and accomodating. The rooms (and sheets) are the most comfortable anywhere I have stayed in Europe. The staff remembers me each visit and aims to please. more

My friend and I, both in our teens, took a trip across the Caucasus. When we arrived in Tbilisi we walked to the Courtyard Marriott and they were kind enough to give us a very good walk-in rate. Room is typical of a US Marriott, two queen beds, a TV, desk, etc... We faced another building, but for the price,... more

This Marriott is quite a lovely property in an excellent location. My room was medium-sized, with two double beds and one of those hi-def large flat-screen TVs. It was pristine, clean, and still quite new. The beds are very comfortable. The shower pressure is outstanding, with plenty of hot water. They will not change your towels and sheets daily if... more

Without any doubt, this is the most beautiful Marriott Hotel I ever seen and stayed at. The location is the best close to the main attractions. The lobby is amazing with beautiful decor. In my first stay I was lucky to stay in a huge double room, gorgeous and overlooking the main street, but in my second stay my room... more

Whatever it takes, don't ever plan on staying at this hotel. First of all, it's a rip-off. I had a corporate discount, but my room rate was still around US$270 (excluding breakfast) per night (with regular rate being $350). But another nice surprise was that those 270 bucks didn't include VAT, so I still ended up paying about 300 bucks/night.... more
