First of all, if you intend to visit Tbilisi for the purpose of sleeping then this villa in the heart of the Old City will not be for you. Perfect location for a tourist this villa / hotel has excellent standards , cleanliness and service as good as any in the city, receptionist / bell boys all very informative and... More

Center of the city, however facility is clean but very very small beds rooms! Very noisy, couldn't sleep for two days I was in Tbilisi at all! Police cars around and fireworks from restaurants will not let you have any rest! However, the hotel is very clean and have nice breakfast! Stuff is very nice!

We booked this hotel thru booking.com, and got very good commercial with a good pictures and views! However, got to hotel and got disappointed! I booked delux room, but it was in the roof and I felt uncomfortable especially with a small bad! Booking.com says I have bathtub but no way! Only think I can say good about this place... More

On a trip with 3 male friends, who have all travelled a lot . This hotel suited our needs. Very central to night life, and the Old Town, which is where tourists need to be. Very helpful reception. Breakfast was very good, with coffee, tea, juices, breads, cheeses, eggs, meats, olives, oven roasted peppers, cakes, jams and more. Fabulous view... More

We come back to this hotel in spite of beeing not happy the last time we were there. But the location is very good. This time even after promising us to give quiet rooms, we got again rooms to the street-side (they have many of them). If you get a room like that, be sure that you will not sllep... More

My family and I had a terrible experience in this hotel. This is not a hotel. Its more of a hostel or at best B&B. There are no facilities. There is very load music from 8pm to about 2am in the morning. You cannot sleep. The staff are rude and very unpleasent. Worst of all we had 100euro go missing... More

Nice small bed and average sized room but ample enough. Mattress and pillows were good (hardly sleep well on strange beds). Very good location as near main eatery places and other attractions. Staff are very helpful; receptionist even lent us her personal mobile charger since they had given out all their adaptors. On downside, the street outside can be quite... More

The best thing about this hotel is its position, right in the heart of the old Tbilisi, next to the Abanotubani steam baths. It is recently renovated and the rooms are very clean. I would recommend it for business or leisure.

The hotel looks nice and clean, and the night reception staff welcomed us with a smile. BUT: We had to pay on arrival. No wonder: there's a terrible smell from the bathroom and our room is so noisy we can't sleep at all. We wouldn't have paid £67 (around $114) for this! I'm a heavy sleeper, I managed to sleep... Before choosing the hotel looked thru a lot of tones of hotels in Tbilisi, were interested in seeing the old town and all major landmarks. Were not dissappointed when we arrived to the hotel. The hotel is small with very clean rooms. The staff is great and helpful, well I can say that all people in Georgia are very welcoming.... More
