This should not be called a hotel. It is a guesthouse. Gross over-charged guesthouse with unfriendly owners and staff. Bedrooms are like student dormitory - even less than basic. Don't even attempt watching TV for anything. The TV is probably morel than 20 years old, hardly works and there are only 2 Georgian TV programmes and 2 Russian programmes. When... More

Perfect location. Narrow stairs. Average rooms. We were big group (14 people) and two of our rooms were overbooked. The hotel offered us two rooms in other hotel. We didn't want to tear apart our group but finally we had to. The hotel owner style was awful. He shout and swore. This overbooking for him was normal because he offered... More

This hostel has an excellent location between the old town and the Rustaveli avenue in the city centre. We had a spacious 3-bed room in the top floor. Air-contioning was working well all the time, but there were water problems in the toilet every now and then. Breakfast includes some items, but is not too good after all. However, it's... More

It is a family place to stay. Rooms are small, breakfast is bad. They boil the same eggs permanently, inadequate salty cheese and jam and honey. Cold bread, no toaster to heat. Tea is Free anytime. You can use fridge kitchen. But beautiful Tbilisi makes you forget every inconveniences. Nice people and historical background must be taken together. Eating habits... More

We stayed here on our week long travels through Georgia and it was here so good that we stayed here twice for one night. Hotel is located in the city center near Freedom Square. Buildings around are not in good condition, only hotel looks OK. Everything is near. You can park car in front of hotel but beware it is... More

Very helpful staff, especially Benedict. Good location in Old town, clean rooms and good breakfast. Babilina Hotel located on the Old city district near tourist attractions, not far from Shota Rustavelly prospect. In historical building. Very nice staff. Really pleasure in wonderful city Tbilisi

Nice basic room, wi fi , great view over all of tibilisi from the top floor diningroom veranda. Only minus is that the owner does not speek english although he is very helpfull. Very centerl, walking distence from the center, and from metro and buses.

Worst hotel experience ever! Whatever you do, DO NOT COME HERE!! I recently booked this hotel with my family and friends. The moment we walked in, we were taken aback by the dirt and filth that was this "hotel." Shortly after, we were rudely greeted by the owner who yelled at us for arriving late and proceeded to tell us... More

Good location - and that's it... No reception desk, you walk through living room where the owner watches TV. Five stores without elevator. VERY small rooms, no table there. TV set from the last century. No minibar, nothing in room. VERY small shower. Limited breakfast on top floor, no coffee. The owners not very happy the guests are there. No... More

This B&B is located very centrally, close to Freedom Square, the metro and great restaurants. Our room was basic but very clean and new, with hairdryer and aircon. We really felt as if it was more than functional. Great bed, new mattress, good pillows so a great sleep. Staff were very helpful, although the extent of English spoken depends on... More
