This B&B is located very centrally, close to Freedom Square, the metro and great restaurants. Our room was basic but very clean and new, with hairdryer and aircon. We really felt as if it was more than functional. Great bed, new mattress, good pillows so a great sleep. Staff were very helpful, although the extent of English spoken depends on... More

Booked a single room, with TV, A/C, heating, cupboard, private bathroom, wifi working perfectly well inside the room. First of all I would like to state that the location is central and very convenient and it´s very easy to find, despite what some people say. It´s just a 30 seconds walk from a street facing N. Barathasvili, just after the... More

The guest house is located on a very nice neighbourhood. The roof terrace has a nice Tbilisi view. But it's to steep to carry luggage, you almost climb 6 floors to reach your room. It is ok but should be cheaper for this quality range.

Pros: Great location, just walking distance to most of the attractions. Great view from the balcony upstairs. Family-style breakfasts Cons: Matresses were horrible - we changed two rooms with the same effect. 5 or 6 stores without elevator. Rooms could be cleaned better The host speaks Georgian and Russian

Arriving in Tbilisi after a long and hot marshrutka ride from Zugdidi, we were keen to find the hotel as soon as possible. However, it's marked in the WRONG PLACE on Google Maps - so make sure you put the actual street address in, if you are using this for guidance. If you don't you will end up on the... More

Babilina is well located B&B near the Kura and Freedom square. But i have to agree that the rooms are to different between each other taking in consideration the standard condiciton. each floor have just 2 or 3 rooms and you have to go up and down many stairs not so safety when yu have to circulate to come in... Despite what the website may say, this not a hotel, nor does it have parking, a restaurant or a social area. It is undergoing refurbishment so stairs are a bit dangerous and nails stick out from walls. Aircon doesn't work well. Owners and staff speak no English so without Georgian or Russian you will need to rely on google translate!... More
