The rooms were huge! Very spacious. Well equipped rooms as well, pretty much everything you might need in a hotel room was there. Their breakfast is well diversed as well..satisfies every taste. Their wifi worked really well. The location is close to everything, a 1 min walk to the bus stop, and a few minutes walk to the metro station.... More

Hotel ZP is a very clean, budget friendly hotel in central Tbilisi. We were able to walk almost everywhere. The only catch is that like much of Tbilisi there is a lot of construction going on. The road from the entrance of the hotel to a major street is about a 5 minute walk. The road is currently not paved... More

My husband and I have just returned from a 12 day visit to Armenia and Georgia. We stayed at this hotel for a night on our return from Armenia and a night before our return to our homeland. The hotel is nice a comfortable and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room faced the street where there... More

If you like the small hotels and the personal service, heading to Tbilisi will bring you to this hotel. Don't expect too much from the furniture and interior, but the location is great, few minutes from most of the local must see places.

We have stayed in this hotel about a year ago, and recommended it to several people after that. It's been a while since that time, but I'd like to share our opinion to add to more recent comments. A very nice place to stay in walking distance of main Tbilisi sights. We traveled with a friend and totally enjoyed our... More

Location is central, a few blocks from Freedom Square and right in the Old Town. However, the road to the hotel is slightly uphill - in case that will bother you walking back and forth. Rooms were comfortable. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was standard, some buffet items and eggs made to order. I had a room with a balcony with... More

Very friendly people who provide a huge delicious breakfast. Nice arty decor. Best rooms have a traditional Tbilisi balcony with views over the old town. Also, check out the gorgeous and friendly roof bar of the nearby hotel "Sharden". Prices very reasonable and views of old town at night beautiful.
