This is a small hotel. Location is fantastic, you can walk around old town. Be sure to walk to Metekhi Cathedral, it is right down the street and can be seen in 20 minutes. Breakfast was mediocre. Rooms were spacious and clean, view from room and restaurant was also great.

More B&B than hotel. So-so in everything - cleanliness, comfort & quality of breakfast. Much preferred Hotel Penthouse, right next to it ( also B&B) which was cleaner and had functioning wifi. But both have great location right in the center.

The location is excellent, walking distance to the old town, however its a steep walk back from the local shops. There are plenty of good places to eat in Tbilisi, so best to eat out. The hotel staff are a little "cold" and slow...took them 20 mins to do my invoice!! The receptionist was unfamiliar with excel. The rooms are... More

It's a nice hotel but location is not, nothing around you, if you are willing to visit try to live near by freedom square, only one helpful guy his name is Luxy other people are rude and not willing to help and even to look at you, price is expensive compared to others

Although Georgia is an independent nation, Soviet-style service and attitudes still persist in some places - surly, haphazard, work-to-rule, customer-is-never-right. The KMM Hotel Tbilisi is one such place. Indeed, the female receptionist here is amongst the rudest and most arrogant I have encountered anywhere in the world. Also, I found the courtyard design (in the main building) maximised the noise... More

This hotel is located in the old part of town.My wife and I stayed in the new part of the KMM which has apparently only been opened 6 months. Our room was on the 1st floor opposite the breakfast room .It was modern and well fitted. The downside was that the bed wasn't new with protruding springs. The air conditioning only pumped out... The title sums this hotel up in my opinion. The hotel is great, rooms small, but tip top decor, nice bathrooms, safe and hairdryer. Wifi in rooms, at least in main building, some of the people we travelled with said it didn't work in the annexe. Rooftop breakfastroom, 200 channels of rubbish on the Tv...all in all very good. The... More

Spotlessly clean, modern. Good fast wifi throughout. Well appointed room, plenty of sockets. Flat screen TV, well stocked mini bar. Well lit with ceiling spotlights and 2 long windows giving natural light. Very comfortable large bed. Modern powerful shower but needs fixing better as it flies off wall mounting when on full power. Buffet breakfast with a small varied selection... More

An excellent hotel on a quiet street on Metekhi Hill, 5 min from the Avlabari metro station and a short trek downhill and across the river to Meydan. In the heart of Old Tbilisi, close to Metekhi Church and the ropeway. We had a scrubbingly clean room with a comfortable king-size bed and a nice bathroom. A good breakfast is... More

Spent 3 x nights at the KMM with my wife and we both enjoyed our stay. The rooms are fairly basic but comfortable. As others have noted, the location is great - a short walk to Old Town, however as its perched up a hill it means that you have to walk up a reasonable incline when returning from the... More
