The roms are really big. On the downsize, the furniture is old and worn-out. The bathroom was very small and had many seriuos issues. The reception staf was friendly. The confeenc rom was OK. The breakfast was also OK, only coffee was realy bad. The location of the hotel is great if you want to explore the city by foot.

My friend and I shared a studio room for 4 nights. Since these are apartments you basically get new towels and your bed slightly made each day. There was a double bed which consisted of two twin mattresses pushed together and since they were at various heights you could definitely tell if you were on the middle of them. The... More

I stayed at the Citadines hotel for a Tbilisi business conference for 5 nights. There are a number of pluses and minuses of this hotel, leading me to conclude that you might have better choices elsewhere nearby (albeit at a higher price): Pluses: The hotel is centrally located -- really an almost ideal location for walking, understanding that you're situated... We stayed there four nights, coming at 5 in the morning, no problem with check-in-we had reserved a room from the previous day, so no begging to allow check in, the hotel is situated in the heart of the city in the second line of the main street-taxi driver knew where it is, close to pubs, discos, food, metro, everything... I stayed in Citadines for business, it was booked by a company. The reception and overall the services were very polite and kind. Clean. I was given a room on the ground floor. In the morning I could here the noise in the breakfast hall much before the opening. The worse thing was the bed: too soft mattress and I... More

The location is very convenient, if a bit odd to find. Would not recommend taking a car as parking is very difficult and limited. The hotel is quiet, but had problems with the shower flooding the bathroom floor every time the shower is used. I stayed there 2.5 weeks on business and reported the problem 4 times, but it was... The hotel is right on Freedom Square, close to lots of restaurants, shops and attractions. Yet, it is quiet, since it is behind the Courtyard Marriott and insulated from street noise. The hotel is an aparthotel, which means all rooms have sinks, stoves, utensils, dishes, etc. the breakfast was good for the price. WIFI is free, but you should get... More

I could not say that it was best place to stay, the only reason for the staying there was location and price. We have rented apartment with 2 rooms (1 bedroom + studio). Place was very noisy and it was not easy to find the location first day. Parking is awful and mostly hotel staff (own workers) parking their cars... More
