. The hotel is situated in the backstreets, and although only 200m from the main street, it is an exceedingly dingy location. Hotel not too bad - a mix of Scandinavian and old style Soviet decor from the 1970s. The worst problem, however, was that the receptionist kindly helped me book a train ticket on the web (all in Georgian... More

Nice place, which was nearly occupied by our delegation. Even though the breakfast usually from 8 to 10, you can always ask to leave it for a little bit more longer. In 50 metres - 24/7 supermarket populi, where you can always find nice food, drinks Боржоми-Сулугуни и зубную щетку :) I suggest you to take room 5 and 6... More

Simple old style hotel with very helpful staff and cat. Clean. It is really OK for overall Georgia hotel level. In this country, please do not expect things to be well fixed, painted and beautiful in western style meaning. Breakfast - eggs, cheese, vegetables, bread and instant coffee. There is a funny place where to sit in the front of... More

this is a reasonably priced hotel in an expensive city. Excellent breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff. Only problem was the beds were not great.

We stayed at the Hotel Royal on a recent trip to Tbilisi, Georgia. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. They were always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were well appointed and immaculate. Breakfast was included and was wonderful. One evening we brought dinner back to the hotel and the staff set us up in the... More

My friends and I (8 people) stayed in Hotel Royal for seven nights. It is a small (8 rooms) recently-built private hotel in a very central location of a great city. Its young owners are exceptionally nice, intelligent, and hospitable. They try to do everything possible to make their guests' visit to Tbilisi pleasant and interesting. Both husband and wife... First of all,I stayed in hotel Royal For 6 days.I liked it.The hotel is clean, comfortable and nice. The stuff is normal(one problem was, that one of the administrator(of three) did not know English),the breakfast was ok. I recommend to stay in this hotel, because it is not expansive, and good enough.

Stayed for one and a half days as Ihad to move out from another hotel where I could not stay as long as I would have wished). At first: good impression: a nice facade, a modest garden... Entrance and lobby: dusty, musty. No English spoken at all. No change when settling the hotel bill (65 USD a night), neither in... More
