The hotel is fine, the staff are nice speak English and will help you with any questions. The hotel is clean and has what you need to be comfortable. Location is perfect just a minute from metro. Wifi in the rooms are very bad almost doesn't connect.

The hotel is clean, has modern rooms with comfortable beds and impeccably clean bathrooms. Also the location is convenient for most of the attractions of Tbilisi: near the metro station, walking distance to the cathedral and the presidential palace, short stroll to the river. Having said that, there were also shortcomings of the location: the neighbourhood is somewhat noisy and... More

We enjoyed our stay at Armazi Palace. The room was huge and had a good bathroom, both of which were very clean. The location is pretty good, a short metro ride into the centre of Tbilisi. Breakfast was adequate, not amazing, but passable. The hotel seems very organised, they gave us a call (in the UK) 24 hours beforehand to... More

The staff were really friendly, hospitable and helpful. The location was great with access to public transport and a few minutes walk to good cafes and restaurants. Despite the fact that the rooms and breakfast were basic,we had great time there and will go there again. The only drawback was not having elevator which was ok for us but not sure for... More

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews here and was not happy with the choice. We had a late check-in which we said in advance and they were indeed waiting for us but it felt like we were interrupting when we came and it took some time to open the hotel. The location was not very good and... More

The staff are very helpful and the metro is only a few minutes walk. The breakfast was basic but enough to satisfy (although a lot of meat products were included.) It is quite close to the impressive new Church and I like the older buildings in the surrounding area.

We recently stayed for a week at the Armazi Palace while on a short holiday in Tbilisi. It is located across the river from the main part of "the old town" but it is just a short walk down hill and across the bridge to get to the old town. We felt completely safe coming back to the room each... More

The overwhelming hospitality of the Georgian people is what makes Georgia such an incredible place to visit. The amenities of Armazi palace are typical of similar small family-owned hotels in the city. Normally in a hotel like this you are treated as a family guests on whom the owners shower lavishly their hospitality with little regard of what you really... More

At first I was disappointed. The hotel is on a poorly paved side street. The hotel lobby is OK, but the photo gives the impression of high quality. It's really just average. The first night I had a room on the fourth floor and it's quite a hike, especially with luggage. I changed a room on the second floor with... More
