We had a great stay in this hotel. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Especially the Concierge - he was awesome and helped us so much - getting us taxis, making sure we didn't overpay, making sure we could get back, directing us to what he thought would be good entertainment, etc....that's what they do, I know, but he was... I spent 4 nights in the Hotel as I was on business. The Hotel is nice renovated, inside is spacey and elegant. It brings what you would expect. The staff at the reception was not so helpful. They always wanted the charge something extra without our corporate discount. Completely unrealistic from their side as I could only direct them to... More

Marriott is the best hotel in town. It is a very typical grand Marriott. Lovely building and lovely rooms. Checkin and check out smooth. Parnas cafe is a good place to dine. Has a very impressive lobby area. Hotel is located on the most prominent street, Rustaveli Avenue. Taxi cost from airport is 30 Rali. Hotel is one of the... More

Located in front of the large roundabout, at the edge of the old city, just a few steps from the bars and restaurants of the old town, this is a great starting point for city centre. Hotel is clean, well mainteined, with good breakfast buffet. I have stayed there several times (5 or 6 for now) and it has never... More

Very clean, convenient, middle of the city! Only think is bringing me back to Marriott is the Marriott bed set! What a great king size bed! I sleep in it just like a baby! This is the only reason I pay this much to stay in this hotel! Quiet and clean! This is my preferences!

Overall this is a fine hotel. Just want to share one word of warning to business travelers... the Tbilisi Marriot's IT system, specifically wifi internet, is unnecessarily complicated and unreliable. Despite being complementary for rewards members the log-in system failed on nearly a daily basis for me. I eventually learned that with enough restarts (both with my laptop and iPhone)... More

Stayed 3 nights from 29 Dec 2014 to 01 Jan 2015, Reception Staff were welcoming, but one observation I made was about a lady staff at reception desk , she seemed to be a superior/senior on duty she looked very curt and unfriendly and the same attitude maintained the following day also. We had 02 rooms booked on floor 5,... More

Great hotel in a great location with sensitive staff. Only loose end was an early morning when electricity was lost and we needed to carry our bags down many flights. No flashlights nor candles in the room nor emergency power in the corridors. Wonderful executive lounge!!

First let me say that Tbilisi is delightful. Whilst it still has the overtures of the Russian occupation it is very pretty with many redeeming features. So too does the Tbilisi Marriot. It is not the newest hotel but the staff are very helpful and the whole experience pleasant. The only thing that lets the place down is the food.... More
