I stayed there for a night. The room was very good, clean. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was close to everything. Special thanks to Maria at the reception WHO helped me to arrange a taxi,. The only bad point was the wornout bathroom shower equipment. And it was expensive.. The paid wifi for such an expensive... This pre Soviet built hotel circa 1915 is but one of many iconic buildings in Rustaveli Street and adjacent to the scene of the massacre on the 9th of April 1989. It's location is both perfect and a great reminder of the suffering of the Georgians. Unfortunately our stay was limited to only two nights and was a thorough delight... More

My first visit to Tbilisi and what a really good stay. Room ticked all the right boxes - clean (bedroom and bathroom), spacious rooms, quiet and location. Really nice reception staff who were really helpful. I hope to go back to Tbilisi and will look forward to staying here again.

Luxurious rooms, great food, long breakfasts, coffee while working in the lounge, and friendly staff. It's right on the main avenue of Tbilisi with great access to shopping, museums, restaurants and the Old City. Some colleagues thought the coffee was expensive, but at least you get a decent serve instead of half a cup. The Sunday special lunches were great... More

The building itself is a lovely, well done Soviet grand hotel, wonderfully restored. Check in was fast and easy, help was quickly offered. The room was great, with all the modern conveniences. Good breakfast, but has little local color. Problems: you need to re-enter your username and password often to get WiFi, and it is not that fast. Service at... More

Don´t come late or the staff literally will pull away all food in front of you. I got changed my seat as "we need to prepare for guests"...so what am i ? Quality and display of food is good, living up to the hotel brand standards. Setup of the breakfast room and views into garden nice. Beware of smokers -... More

I walked into the grandiose lobby and was extremely impressed with the restoration of this incredible local building. Worth reading up quickly on its past uses actually. We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff on duty were so friendly and told us that they were excited to see us and had been waiting all night to... More

When we arrived to the hotel the checking in process was pretty fast and the staff were friendly but when I came to check out it was the other way round it took for ever as there was only one person but friendly at the reception. My room (307) was spacious but dark and my window was overlooking into the... More

A Marriott hotel is a Marriott hotel regardless of the destination: good location, clean, comfortable. What makes this hotel spectacular is the architecture, its history, and the spectacular Lobby Great Room. More importantly, this hotel excels in hospitality due to its staff. Professional, helpful, proud, curious, bright, and cheerful. Everyone we encounter goes above and beyond in ensuring our stay... More

A real 5 start hotel in Tbilisi located in the main street. Very good and fast service - I asked a tooth brush from room service, got it in 5 minutes; room service meal 20 minutes. Nice room, great sleeping. For those that arrive with the night flight from Istanbul, it's good to know they serve breakfast until 11.00. So... More
