Very simple and basic hotel. The rooms are enough big. Clean. The best thing of the hotel is that its location. It is located at the middle of the historical part of Tbilisi. Very close to Freedom Square, Rustaveli Avenue, Charden etc. Many wine shops are waiting for you around hotel.

Chosen for its location, which was perfect. A plain, clean uninteresting hotel, with poor breakfast (fix the coffee machine please), but good beds and cheerful, helpful staff. Good hairdryers - rare in hotels! Some staff recommendations not good, and some basic knowledge of local area missing - dependent on which staff member was working. Room 6 has no outlook, room... We stayed at City Hotel Tbilisi with friends during our first trip to Georgia. The hotel is located in a very nice location, very close to city center. The hotel is very cozy, the personnel is very polite and welcoming, very helpful. The rooms are quite small, but clean!! With toiletries included, good hair dryer, towels changed every day, bottled... More

Well, never have completely bagged on a hotel, I own a business and know things never go as an OWNER would always want, except this place! What would normally have been a nice little 3* gig down in the old city, with a truly wonderful staff, gets a big fat 1* for the truly boorish attitude of the owner. Problem?... More

Such a very nice hotel which is conveniently located near the city center of downtown Tbilisi. Walking distance from the shops, bars, restaurants & Churches. All around, this hotel is cozy, comfortable, has friendly staff members & is highly recommended.

I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip and this hotel was comfortable, well located and clean. It was also very quiet which may have just been the time of year but there were few disturbances. The room was a reasonable size with a very small bathroom, but adequate with toiletries supplied. Towels were of good quality and changed... More

I just love small hotels. Staff is friendlier and more flexible, everything is easier... This hotel is no exception. It is located in the middle of old town: 2 mins walk from restaurants and bars, 3 mins to Freedom square, 5 mins to famous Tbilisi baths. At the same time - away from city noise. Staff is great, smiling and... More

We are a little in doubt whether to give the hotel 3 or 4 stars, but end up with 3. We lacked a safe in the rooms, a better breakfast with fresh fruit and real juice - and we really would have liked to get towels for both of us every day and not having to ask for them... However,... More

Location is good - near Freedom square and Shota Rustaveli avenue. Hotel itself was created in boutique hotel style. Service staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are not large, but in Tbilisi you spend most of your days in restaurants and walking through the city, between restaurants :)

A good location, just a few minutes walk from the heart of the city and even closer to freedom square. Good views from the roof terrace. The lift is tiny and quite slow. Aircon in my room was cut off from the rest of the room by the bathroom and so not very effective I had no space to put... More
