We did the Rawang Explorer in December 2009, which is 4 days hiking and 3 nights at malikha lodge. The hike was beautiful, with excellent food and guides. But beware, lots of up hill, very cold and you stay in village houses rather than camp (the itinerary was very misleading in this regard).
