Pleasant hotel, with very friendly staff. Decent buffet breakfast selection with mix of international and local foods. However service staff not very attentive at breakfast. Good but not great food at restaurants. Good location on the lake, 10 mins taxi ride to downtown, and a stone's throw from the Shwedagon Paya.

We stayed at the hotel for about 2 weeks. The staff at the front desk and people providing service in the rooms was great. As soon we entered the hotel, we were offered thrust quenching lemonade.
