I spent 6 nights at the Savoy and would recommend it to anyone. Very efficiently managed, spotlessly clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. I did not have a single problem all week. Good location - $2 (10 mins) by taxi to downtown and less to the unbelievably impressive Shwedagon pagoda. Top value for money! more

Fabulous hotel, and reasonably well located. Not close to the heart of Rangoon like Traders and The Strand, but close enough by taxi.
