It's near market and cinema . easy to take taxi. the staff is very friendly and have travel information and recommend about things to do. short walk to sula pagoda , scott market , department store and cenima. we took taxi to shwedagon pagoda about 3 us$. and botatung pagoda paid 2 us$. so.this hotel location is center of yangoon.

I wasn't impressed. It is very expensive (booked through Agoda) and noisy. It's a challenge to reach upper floors during 'rush hours" bcz there is only one elevator. This is reasonably priced hotel in a great location. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The service in this hotel is excellent. The shower set up is interesting, but I was on my own so it didn't matter. Breakfast was basic but adequate. I would recommend this hotel based on price, service and location.
