Hotels should give a warning, if a construction is going on. After 2 days in busy Yangon, I wanted to relax in this hotel, as the hotel homepage was very inviting. However, after I arrived, I immediately could hear the noise from the construction. Well, at least the very kind and helpful staff from the hotel try their very best... More

It was a treat to stay at Myanmar Life Hotel which is less than 10 minutes by car to the airport. There's construction going on to build another wing of the hotel but we didn't hear it thanks to the build quality of the Luxury Suite towards the back of the property. Check in was a breeze with plenty of... More

Conveniently located near the airport. If you have business around there, it beats being in the city, where you have to face massive traffic jams. At night is very quiet. Rooms are large, a bit aged in terms of design and facilities, but clean and convenient. I enjoyed a room right an the pool, which was very pleasant to relax... More

An ok hotel which is good for a short stay. Anyway, it's clean, quiet and has necessary stuff needed in the hotel room. There's no lift for guest since the hotel only has 2 stories. The hotel breakfast was not that variety but sufficiently available for guests. Free wifi available for guests with password available at the Front Desk. The... More

We stayed here 2 nights in Jan 2015. The first night was in the older building and the room was barely 2 star. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room and it looked very dated. There was no safe and when we mentioned this they brought in one which I guess it ok unless someone decided to take... More

Yangon hotels are overpriced for the qualify; this one is no exception. What sets this one apart is that it is the one hotel (ie not a backpacker) that is right by the airport. Very useful if your flights land you in Yangon in the evening and you take another flight early the next morning. + rooms are ok +... More

We had an early flight from Yangon to Bangkok, so our travel agency recommended this, and for that purpose it was allright. We had ordered a poolside room, but got a room from totally other building, far from pool. Room was large, clean, beds allright, so it fullfilled our purpose. For a longer stay I would choose otherwise. Breakfast basket... More

We got put here after a flight was cancelled. First, I asked for a quiet room and they put us in one next to the road. The room was clean enough (only reason it has 2 rather than one star) but had quite a number of mosquitos in the room because staff had left the window open. The problems came... More

Strangely organized - not even clear whether the central building and poolside rooms are one hotel or two - and some problems with communication. But the room (poolside) was fine for a night, the dinner perfectly acceptable, the service fine, the free airport shuttle appreciated, the bathroom supplies (toothbrush, razor…) a nice touch. Definitely recommended if you're passing through Yangon.

We stayed there one night and would have not manage to stay there longer. A VERY basic accommodation, with very old furniture. Nothing going for it besides proximity to the airport. We stayed there on our layover to another city and it served the purpose.
