The hotel is best @ value for money. I had stayed here for 1 week. The rooms are spacious and clean. We could not find many choices in breakfast menu but you feel happy from staff service. The new floor ( 4th Floor ) is recently constructed so,it has new fixtures.

The price for Hotel Windsor was in line with other budget hotels in Yangon. The room was spacious and clean though the mattress needed to be flipped over. There was a TV I never used, an aircon that worked well and a well-stocked refrigerator. The bathroom was run down compared to the sleeping area, mainly because the window area wasn't... More

Hotel located on very dark street with not many shops in the area. Front entrance of hotel looked inviting but things quickly went downhill. We had reservation for standard double bed room on top floor. We were given room 107 with 2 metal cots and directly off the dining room. Curtains on window appeared to be a bed sheet. You... More

We stayed at Windsor Hotel: very well located, very quiet, clean but it is a scam. We stay there a first night when we got back from sittwe and we liked it so we decided to book a room there for our last day before flying home. We turned up there with a reservation (booking.com) and we were told that... More

We booked for three nights with booking.com The reservation has been made correctly but, when we arrived at the hotel they said us: Sorry but the hotel is full. So, they offered us a room in an other hotel MGM (The owner of these hotels is the same). In MGM hotel there was a lot of noise. Every night there... More

Found the Windsor Hotel on the web. Great find. Good value for the 3 of us. Great location too being just 2000 chat taxi fare from CBD. Quiet, had great sleeps. Internet is very slow though but it was fine for the basics. Good supermarket in a mall that just down the road too.

1 st night in Yangon and booked Windsor . I believe it is one of the few that does online bookings. Friendly staff and the building has large rooms and hot showers. Aircon was working and a bar fridge to keep things cool. Nothing flash by all means but for the price a pretty good midrange. All night security and... More

We were finding it hard to find a hotel in our budget. This was the cheapest we could find with availability. We booked 2 rooms. Compared to other hotels in SE Asia for this price it wasn't that great. The rooms are old and rundown and probably would be a lot better if the carpet was pulled out. In saying... More

A regular visitor to Yangon, in the past I always stayed in the bustling centre of the city. But, having discovered this older, out-of-town hotel I appreciate the quiet location and the facilities which match those of the three-star inner city hotel but at a much more affordable price. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with excellent wi-fi connection.... More
