Eastern Hotel is a good base to visit Yangon and, thanks to its position, you can visit the city on foot. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, with air conditioning, television and freezer. Wi-fi is available and quite fast. Continental breakfast with bread, jam, butter, eggs, bacon and fruits.

If lobby bars and swimming pools are not vital, then consider this hotel. Clean and tidy, efficient internet, good selection of international TV channels and within walking distance (if you're reasonably fit) of all the tourist highlights. Couple that with friendly helpful staff and like us you should have a great time.
