My father-in-law and I stayed last week for a few days and were extremely happy with the service and hospitality of the staff. We had some minor logistical issues due to some work being done on the rooms but we were well taken care of in a professional and friendly manner. I have stayed in many places for work travel... Newly remodeled, clean and bright, a pleasant place to stay. Room I was in had a washer and dryer, 2 ceiling fans, very large bathroom, very comfortable. Right on the main drag, if you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the road.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had OK experiences, yet several weeks ago we had a very unfavorable experience. In checking in we had intended to stay 2 nights, and paid upfront $177 including tax (expensive and not a top level place) yet that is another issue. 10:00 A.M. of the second day I called the... Motel room was clean with everything we needed. It reminded us of the late 50s and early 60s. Nothing elaborate but a good place to hang your hat for a night or so. Old TV. Has a refrigerator in the room. Beds were comfortable. We were visiting friends in Atwood.

We were very glad to find this motel after a long day on a motorcycle. Nice staff, clean room, very affordable. There is a nice park behind the motel if you have kids that need to burn off some energy

The place is In the middle of nowhere a.k.a. Atwood Kansas. The hotel had a lot of flies surrounding it but I think that might be due to the time of year. The rooms are small and quaint but they have a refrigerator, a microwave and free Internet. It isn't blazing fast so you can't stream from Netflix but the... More

This is now the only motel in town, so good thing it is adequate. The room was clean and the bed was fine. They have a small operation with several types of rooms- from small to an apartment type unit. So, if you are there at a potentially busy period, you should call ahead for a reservation. Busy like with... More

We stayed at the It'll do In Atwood, KS in July for 3 nights for my nieces wedding. We were quite happy with the accommodations even though there was a little issue with our reservation the first night and they had to switch rooms on us. We stayed in the convention center the last 2 nights. It was perfect. A... More

This nice locally-owned motel deserves an update. “Not a Hilton, but it’ll do” is the motto here, true enough and indicative of the light-hearted touch of the place. The stuffed figure on the bed was not a doll and not an animal, but an eight-wheeler concrete mixing truck. The buildings are old—1960s or 1970s—but freshly painted inside and out and... More

Owner had completed renovated existing motel with new plumbing, electric, siding and drywall very well. The room was clean, the bedding and towels were fairly new and our room included a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and cable TV. My wife left her swiss army knife in the room and the owner found it and mailed it back to us (we... More
