Beautiful stay in the Lagoon Lodge thankyou Ian. We loved the privacy of the lodge, ability to self cater, fresh mangos, papaya and coconuts for brekkie just outside the door, cool seabreezes even in January too! So nice to have Ians advice about where to go and even a ride in the back of the truck to see a great... More

Booked through Flight centre. Loved the photos on line. Could not wait for my holiday to start. So arrive late at night at the lodge. Then was taken an out 5 doors down the street to a 'studio' building? It had not been cleaned for ages. Dust on all screens, gecko poo on all window frames. Drainage on shower was... More

Thank you very much for your review and concerns Robyn. As you are aware we were communicating directly for a room for you at Seachange, when you managed to book a unit through a Wholesaler when in actual fact our availability inventory was incorrect. In order to honour the booking, we found alternative accommodation offsite. We have noted your comments... More

We spend several relaxed days where we could rest in a quiet place while being close enough to the city centre for all our activities. Staff is very friendly and helpful and they can organize activities for you. I would absolutely recommend it to solo travellers, couples, families etc. Internet connection works great and it's free.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Seachange. We liked the included kayak and appreciated the helpful advice from Ian the manager about things to do and places to eat. We liked the swimming pool overlooking the lagoon. Kitchen was well stocked with all supplies. Ian was very friendly and helpful and always available. He went the extra mile by... More

We really enjoyed your company and pleased that you are able to relax after hearing about your busy lifestyle. Taxi's usually arrive on time to get guests to the airport on time but we always offer a back up service just in case. Thanks for the note about the fan which we have now replaced. Look forward to welcoming you... More

We visited when Vanuatu was still rebuilding after the extra-big beating of Cyclone Pam the year before. Tourism was only 10% of what it had been before the storm and everyone was feeling its hard pinching consequences. Despite this, Efate was wonderfully safe and everyone was jovial. We enjoyed many interesting conversations with locals, had lots of fun, were treated... More

Thank you for being our guests at Seachange and helping contribute to rebuilding tourism after our big cyclone. It was good that you allowed us to involve you in some of the local events and not often we here that guests have their best holiday ever. That is quite a claim but very pleased to hear. Happy to have you... More

I was a long-term guest at Seachange while working over the Internet from Vanuatu and doing bits and pieces of volunteer work locally. Seachange was the perfect home-away-from-home: it's within easy walk of the city centre and amenities, yet tucked away down by the lagoon in a scenic and quiet spot. Everyone who visited me there commented on what a... More

We stayed 10 days at Seachange Lodge. Our studio was basic but clean and provided us with a kitchenette that enabled us to cook for ourselves. Ian was great and always there to help or advise. The staff were warm and friendly. Seachange also is well situated, only 10 minutes walk to the city and 5 minutes walk from a... More

A group of us went to Vanuatu on an overseas midwifery placement at Port Vila hospital. We had planned to stay at Seachange Lodge but it wasn't quite ready due to cyclone repairs still needing to be done. However, the Owner/Manager of Seachange Ian, went above and beyond, organising us alternative accommodation further down the road (but for the same... More

The property was not what we were expecting after pre booking online with booking.com, nice gardens, view and spacious room (suite 3) with kitchenette but furnishings a bit dated. Smallish lodge located overlooking the lagoon and a short 5 min bus ride to town. Excellent service given by Ian and Olivia. On arrival, Ian sat us down on Guest deck... More

Me and my partner were staying at Seachange Lodge over a period of two months due to work. The staff is so helpful and sweet, always with a welcoming smile on their faces.
