We really enjoyed staying here. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful friendly staff and our host Elliott. The location is central to the supermarkets and downtown, and the local buses come past every few minutes. The resort is immaculate, and the gardens are beautiful and relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean, with good furnishings and we had our own... More

We stayed for 7 nights in one of the appartments. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was large, tidy and had all the modcons. It got cleaned daily. Breakfast was ok, and was served pretty fast. Only once did we have to wait a while. We would happily stay there again.

Yes, this is a budget accommodation not 5 star but was great value for $. Staff were always pleasant, the room and bathrooms were clean, great pool and chill out area and close to town also. They will even store your luggage at no cost till u leave. Food was also reasonably priced and good value. Cost only $150VAT to... More

First and foremost, this 'resort' is across the road from the Men Jail. The staff isn't the most friendly or helpful. It takes a looong time to get service (especially at breakfast times). Their pineapple and coconut icecream is one of the best food we had in Vanuatu though. The room doesn't get cleaned every day and when it does... More

Staff were friendly and always around to answer any questions I had, and willing to accomidate. Food was very nice, except for the pasta on wednesday when there was trivia. Cocktails were VERY nice, especially the Fruit Tingle. Also if you stay more than 7 nights you get $100AUD food allowance but they convert at 80 vatu to the dollar... More

Took an Air NZ package with flights and 7 nights accomodation. We were on a budget, but were pleasantly surprised at what we got for the reasonable price we paid. The room was very basic, three single beds and not much else in the room (I was travelling with my 9 & 10 yr old children), no balcony, but ok... More

My overall amazing experience in Vanuatu was largely due to the awesome service I had recieved at Coconut Palms. I just got back today and had stayed there with my sister for 6 nights!! We had planned to stay at Moorings for the weekend but after one night there I had missed the staff. Everyone from the housekeepers/groundsmen, to the... More

We stayed here for 7 nights and loved it. It wasnt luxurious when compared to some of the other places but the room we chose had everything we needed - aircon, tv, fridge, microwave, ensuite and most of the time hot water! (Although with the humidity a cool shower was all that was needed). Our room was serviced daily which... More

My friend and I stayed at the Superior Orchid Room for one week at Coconut Palms. It was a small room but it was clean and all that we needed. The pool and the area around it were lovely and great for spending afternoons or nights. The staff were very friendly and they were very helpful when we wanted to... More

my husband and I stayed at coconut palms late december, early january. After some confusion with our room due to inaccurate information from our travel agent, we were upgraded to an apartment the following day. We were more than happy with the spacious apartment. We also experienced power cuts during those first few days, however as the power only went... More
