Highly recommended resort. Large spacious room with a kitchen and shower + aircon. This hotel caters for in house functions. Fantastic entertainment - keep an eye out for the breathtaking Fire Dancers, outstanding performance. The Melansian evening is a must. Kava is served before the main meal. During the meal a story is told about Vanuatu's culture. Lee, the food... More

Absolutely terrific place to stay. Even if you have to walk down 52 stairs to get to the centre of Port Vila the location is perfect. Very friendly helpful staff, lovely rooms, great restuarant and amazing entertainment. Make sure you take a morning walk around the area surrounding the resort to see the real side of Port Vila and the... More

Vanuatu in general is very expensive so all the reviews that complain about the prices of things and the quality-remenber you are in a developing country and prices are comparable to Australia. If you wanted cheap, go to Fiji. My Fiancee and I stayed here in the first week of January and found it both a little disappointing but nice... More

Very happy with our stay here. Had a few hiccups with our room but the staff did the best they could to remedy the situation. Met some AMAZING people and staff there. So friendly and welcoming! Definately made our trip and wil be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and facilities. We have a toddler so the room service came in handy. Even though we were in a self catering room. We will be back next year.

We had the best 10 days in Vanuatu! The rooms were good, cleaned daily etc. the staff are very friendly and helpful, although it takes a while to get used to 'island time'. Nothing is ever done in a hurry. Ultimately, if you want fast, efficient service with everything perfect to your liking, stay home. This is Vanuatu!! Once you... More

Forced to Move room 3 times in one week, power cuts on a daily basis, good pool friendly staff and good food, prices no different than Europe or Australia but in general it's just organized chaos but bearable because the island and it's people are so nice my best advice would be to book a deluxe room with the assurance your not going... Stayed for 2 weeks over Xmas & New Year. Spent 1 full day & night with no power staff did not care just kept saying we fix it tomorrow. Toilets don't flush. Nowhere for suitcases or clothing. 7-10 blackouts a day.Rooms are very small. Food is great though some staff are not eager to serve. Would not stay here again... More

I read trip advisor after we had booked our stay in Coconut Palms and got a little nervous to be honest. (I certainly didn't tell the girlfriend of my concerns). My concerns were dispelled as soon as we got to the hotel. Our very late flight from Australia got us at the hotel about 1am and my need for a... More

Stayed over Xmas break with adult family for 5 nights. I was very disappointed with this hotel. We had superior orchid rooms me thinking they would be a bit better than ones with shared facilities, very small rooms, bathrooms in desperate need of renos, more cold showers than warm seems to be a common problem, no hairdryer in our room despite...
