My first thought on arriving in our room was a flashback to a motel in the 1970’s. This thought stayed with me throughout our four night stay. The best thing about the accommodation was the very comfortable king sized bed. We also appreciated the air conditioning and ceiling fan. Facilities in the room were basic. There was a fridge, which... More

The staff were delightful, very helpful and friendly. Good food. Polite manager. The facilities are tired and grubby. The website made this place look like a palace, and I'm sorry to say we were very disappointed. The furnishings are old and even stained. Rooms all need a facelift. We looked at two rooms before we said yes to an apartment... More

This is budget and very good value . The staff are very efficient , helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic , although mine was probably at the cheaper end. The grounds are lovely and there is lovely large swimming pool. The menu is good but would be repetitive if you were staying for long. There is a very cheap... More

Pro's - nice sized pool and outdoor area, lots of indoor space in the bar/restaurant sections, rooms were clean. Con's - stale atmosphere, staff weren't rude but didn't seem happy, bathroom was small, beds were very soft, the walk into town takes ages and is up a steep hill, I was travelling alone and am in my late twenties but... Have stayed here previously, but this time we found the whole place was not as clean not much effort put into presentation of rooms or dining area. Could do with a lot more enthusiasm from staff, staff wre sitting around playing with phones and a lot of them had no idea how to book a tour.

Stayed there for one N after visit to Tana to see Volcano. Good staff. Nice place with good open space near pool and lobby. Management considered our request to upgrade without cost . Room was small but needed amenities. Good breakfast . Nice swimming pool but needs proper cleaning.

The staff were amazing - the facilities fabulous, the food excellent but more than anything - you must not miss the fire show.. it was a free show put on by Management and it was just amazing - We wish were were there for longer so we could see it again - will definitely be back!

We're coming to the end of our week's stay here. Price was good relative to other similar options. Communal areas (bar, pool, restaurant) were always immaculately tidy. Room was basic, but pool view is nice and it had everything we needed (minus the coffee plunger!). Free wifi, only in communal areas though (can't access from rooms). Staff are soooo super... More

We stayed for 5 nights in a self contained apartment. It was clean, a good size and even though adjacent to the road was quiet . Very basic kitchen utensils and cooking facilities however it was adequate for our needs as we made only sandwiches for lunch. The hotel was with walking distance of town, a small shop across the... We had a lovely stay with Elliot and the team! Check out their yummy pizzas, fire show, visiting string band, and pool! Would recomend to all types of travellers including families! It was nice to be a bit further from town, maybe 10minute walk.
