We stayed at Mangoes for 5 nights in a lagoon view pool villa. The grounds are beautiful, the staff are fantastic and the food and cocktails are even better. Great value with breakfast included, bus stop outside, taxis waiting all the time and a 10 min walk or 5 min drive into the Main Street. Beautiful pools and views and... More

We had a gorgeous, clean, quiet room in between two pools. The staff were so helpful and friendly, helping us with maps and directions for our first day in Port Vila. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious and fresh. It was a short walk into town, which we really enjoyed. This is... More

Don't stay anywhere else, great little spot looking down on the lagoon, awesome as its adults only, so it's nice and quiet with a good mix of people. Rooms are really nice, and all the staff really nice, also the Restaurant is good. Location I like, just a short walk into town, yet far enough away to forget the world.

I must start this review by apologising to the owners and team at Mangoes. I decided last minute to go diving and I got a really good deal last minute for accomodation at Mangoes, such was the value I completely underestimated the resort before arrival. Seriously happy customer. Lovely Bure, incredible value, very clean, serviced daily with attention to details,... More

From the moment we arrived I was impressed. The rooms were lovely and well thought out. Plunge pool which we spent a lot of time in was a good size. So glad we got the room with air conditioning as this time of year is very muggy. Staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem. Food in the resturant... More

After having stayed now at Mangoes twice we can highly recommend it for a peaceful break. It is adults only and overlooks the lagoon, the setting is perfect. Once you arrive you will be totally relaxed. The lagoon view pool villa is fantastic as it gives you your own private plunge pool. The resort has many pools surrounding all rooms.... More

We loved our stay at Mangoes Resort. Beautiful hibiscus flowers laid fresh in our room each day, three beautiful pools which we had to ourselves most days, ten min walk to town, lovely restaurant with a variety of seating option areas (indoor, outdoor, lounge) and each designed in a way that you didn’t feel like you were making a compromise... Very peaceful and relaxing. Some deferred maintenance but not enough to impact on your experience. Menu good (apart from the hamburger) and staff great. Before you book any tour, make sure you contact Glenda from Melanesian Tours who gives great advice about any aspect of island life - and she doesn't push her own product! She is in the lounge... We stayed in a pool villa which was great as you could just step outside for a private swim while looking over the bay. The villa was quite large but not air conditioned which meant it did get quite warm during the day. I would not like to be in one of the garden ones as I think in summer... More
