We were moved to the Holiday Inn due to the approaching Cyclone Pam. The location, rooms , food and entertainment were all great!!!!! The staff are absolutely amazing, we were extremely well looked after and very well informed on the approaching cyclone and felt very safe the whole time. As Cyclone Pam unleashed her fury the staff worked tirelessly to... More

We have just returned home after being in Vanuatu during the category 5 cyclone Pam. The country has been devastated and people are suffering dreadfully, however I want to applaude the Holiday Inn for the way that they looked after us during this dreadful situation. In the days leading up to the cyclone we had a wonderful time lying by... More

Moved to this property due to the arrival of Cyclone Pam. Welcomed as part of the family, the staff made what was a stressful time much more bearable. The Resort was amazing the way in which they coped with an influx of unexpected guests and we could not have been in a more safe and secure environment. Upon arrival we... More

We were here for 10 days in January and must say we had the most amazing time, your staff are by far the friendliest and most caring and could not have done enough to help us. The whole resort is beautiful and we will most definitely be back.

Loved it. Great resort. Really friendly service. People are really friendly and helpful. Only issue was a horrible smell in the adjoining rooms on our arrival. However staff were really good and got onto it as soon as reported. The musky smell did take a couple of days to go but the follow up customer service was exceptional. Really enjoyed... More

Could only spend 1 night in a family suite, due to cyclone PAM. Very helpful reception staff (e.g. helped to make inquiries about free seats with Air Vanuatu). Food was good. Superb kids playroom and pool area. Would definitely like to come back some day! Free WIFI with IHG Membership (which is also free).

We just spent 10 nights here. Wow, it was awesome. Our 4 yr old, Zach loved kids club & the beautiful lady's that looked after him, the pool & all his new friends. Chief Sam was a huge hit with us, so knowledgable & entertaining, from our arrival to Kava nights. Peter was amazing in the Pool Bar, always remembered... More

The hotel is beautiful especially the beach and lagoon. Clientele seems to be mostly Australian families Rooms are large but a bit tired. Restaurant food was good but service was not over friendly I had an issue with early morning check out. Morning manager quoted an exaggerated total but told me that printer was broken and so no itemized bill... More
