Nasama resort surpassed all expectations. Beautiful aspect looking onto the rockpool and beach. Staff are very informative and always happy to help and give advice. Room was very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately there is a building site next door so there is some noise coming from that. The Stone Wall restaurant is within a 10 minute walk and offers food... Lovely place, lovely staff, Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, but it's not quite a resort. It's a long walk to reception at the street entry if you want to know something, as there are no phones in rooms. Ditto if you want to buy a drink to have by the pool, or use the supplied kayaks. They are building a cafe... More

Pros: *All the workers at Nasama are the best people we have ever met and are certainly best suited for their jobs and duties. Everyday at Nasama with them made us feel like staying on holiday that much longer due to the fact that they make you feel like family, reception not included LOL. *The view looking from the resort... Thank you for taking the time to review our resort. It helps us as a new resort to become aware of areas where we can still improve. Our most important focus is to provide the best holiday environment for our guests. As such, we have built our self-contained apartment rooms larger than regular hotel rooms and holiday apartments; positioned them... More

Nasama is absolutely gorgeous! The visual impact it offers is impressive. The resort style rooms are very spacious and have all the mod cons required, air con, fan, full size fridge, microwave, self catering kitchen equipment, DVD, Ipod dock, flat screen TV, payTV channels, safe, etc. We shopped locally at Bon Mache and Mommas Markets for all our needs. We... More

Three friends shared a studio room which was very spacious, clean and possessed all the neccessary items required for cooking. We enjoyed the use of the full sized fridge and being able to prepare some small meals to eat on our balcony. While there did seem to be more wind in this area than others of Port Vila, it did... Stayed here for 2 weeks The room was clean with all necessary facilities. When you saw staff, they were mainly quite pleasant. The resort was well located with easy access to get to the town and nearby restaurants. Unfortunately, this was probably the most disappointing holiday I have had because in all of the two weeks, I didn't get a... More

Dear Syam, We are sorry to hear that you found the wind and the sound of the ocean affected your stay with us. Had you informed us about your discomfort, we would have immediately moved you to a more suitable apartment. As advised in our in-room Guest Welcome Book, there are several wind free spots at the resort – to... More

We've just returned back to NZ after a great 7 nights at the Nasama. It certainly lived up to and beyond all previous reviews. Location was excellent. Plenty of friendly public bus/vans passing outside the resort to take you to town. Apartment was fantastic as was pool, staff, facilities and cleanliness. We would highly recommend the Nasama and will certainly... More

The room was a studio with a king bed and single. Nice and clean and tidy but beautifully laid out with flowers when we checked in. Infinity Pool was fantastic with the view. Hotel staff where friendly and helpful and nothing was too hard for them. Room was cleaned every day when we went out.

When I first looked into a trip to Vanuatu I was told that dining in this country was very expensive. Staying at Nasama Resort was a great way to stretch our money farther. Our room had a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and it was well stocked with the necessities to cook our own food. Having breakfasts and lunches this... More
