There are three self-contained villas on this property located approx 10 minutes from the main township of Port Villa. My friend and I shared the 2 bedroom villa which was beautifully presented and equiped with everything you need for a lovely holiday. The villas share a lovely view of the lagoon where you can kyack, snorkel or just enjoy a... More

Would definately recommend. Only thing I would change in order to make everything just 100% perfect would be to have had air conditioning or cooling of some description as the heat in the hot season is unrelenting. I would happily have paid extra for having this luxury if that were an option open to us. The ceiling fans did help... More

Many thanks for your high recommendation of “Troppo Mystique”, which always is extremely appreciated. Vanuatu is presently experiencing an unprecedented “Hot Humid Season” this past Dec/ Jan & now this February according to the local people. May I suggest for the remaining of this month, anyone preferring Air Conditioning to seek it out accordingly. Troppo Mystique’s large fans in every... More

We are a family of 4 (2 teenage boys) and really loved our accommodation. It was serviced daily and had everything you need. The view was stunning and having the kayaks was great for the boys. The local kids made it very special, they played on their rafts in the lagoon every spare moment (rain or shine) and their laughter... More

As an adventurous traveler with a busy career, I chose this wonderful haven. Being on the tranquil lagoon, overlooking the beautiful Erakor Island with aquamarine waters for snorkeling, kyacking and swimming was a highlight. I enjoyed the privacy of having this wonderful haven to myself. I chose Troppo Mistique because it was away for the bustle and congestion of Port... More

I have spent 4 months at Chez Troppo (February to June 2014) and I’m looking forward to go back there. I was working in Port Vila and my partner joint me for two months. It is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy life. Just outside our bungalow, we kayaked the lagoons, snorkelled with tens of nemos, looked at the... More

Just 10 to 15 minutes out of Port Villa, nestled in a country village and right on a Lagoon, we found peace and tranquility. On arrival to our villa we received fruit and lovely decorated rooms with flowers. A nice touch. Great to have the use of kayaks to paddle around the lagoon and accross to Erakor island.Having spent 7nights in... More

Just got back from 4 nights at the 2 bedroom villa. So many things we loved about it, as can be read in other reviews too, above all, our amazing host Annie. The villa is in a good location, a little out of the way, but you will find buses to take you to places if you walk 5 mins... More

Having just arrived back from 7 nights staying at Troppo Mystique we'd not hesitate to recommend this place to fellow travellers. The villa accommodated our 2 adults/3 kids just fine and the personal touches like coconuts and fruit on arrival and a nicely decorated room with flowers were icing on the cake. We loved the location on beautiful Erakor Lagoon... More
