Having just arrived back from 7 nights staying at Troppo Mystique we'd not hesitate to recommend this place to fellow travellers. The villa accommodated our 2 adults/3 kids just fine and the personal touches like coconuts and fruit on arrival and a nicely decorated room with flowers were icing on the cake. We loved the location on beautiful Erakor Lagoon... More

Our home away from home...after several stays troppo mystique has become a real favourite of ours. Delightful location, just far enough from town for peace and tranquility ... Yet amongst the gorgeous erakor village where you can meet the locals, interact with the kids living nearby or sit back and enjoy the gorgeous views. Annie is fantastic and a wealth... More

We stayed 8 days at Chez Troppo and enjoyed it immensely. The 2 bedroom bungalow is fairly new and has all you want, comfortable bed, a good equipped kitchen and good sized outdoor area with a beautiful view over the bay to Erakor Island. It is a bit out of town so the easiest way to town is via Erakor... More

A week of bliss staying at Chez Troppo. Location like something out of a picture book. The lagoon and views are so serene we couldn't tear ourselves away. Very comfortable accommodation served daily by Sarah with everything you need to easily self cater. You are well looked after by the resident dogs, Troppo and Coconut and their many friends! Book a bungalow, ( book early its popular), rent a car and kick back for one of the best holidays you will ever have. If you are looking to unwind and not looking for any glitz then Chez Troppo fits. We had a nice 2 bedroom villa with all the facilities that we needed. Cooking on the BBQ was my preference. The view of the lagoon and surroundings is pretty much like the postcard. The ability to relax by the water is enhanced by... More

Annie made us feel welcome and at home with lots of personal touches. Used the kayaks and reef shoes every day and loved lazing on the lounge chairs soaking up the view. It was quite an adventure getting there and getting back into town but that all added to the fun. We were glad that we did a big shop... More

We made the big trip from the US to Vanuatu with our 10 year old son. Chez Troppo was a perfect place for us to feel like we were at home in a foreign country, rather than being stuffed into a hotel room. Annie was more than happy to help us in whatever way we needed, and her local knowledge... More

We travelled here with our 3 teenage daughters. A lovely stay with Annie and her extended family of regular guests, Craylene and the enthusiastic Troppo - on guard duty 24/7. Annie, the heart of this little bit of paradise, kept us informed about island life, the shopping and top tips for what to see on the island. We spent a... More
