Stayed here for a week as we were diving with Sams Tours. Bed was extremely uncomfortable (caved in the middle). Breakfast was average. Free hotel Internet was slow and only available in the lobby. I would suggest buying the internet card (don't expect too much either). Staff however were friendly and they did try their best to help us out... More

Solid hotel, good location, friendly staff, has a washer and dryer for guests, everything is good, just not great. Happy hour is good too! The beds are maybe 6' so thats a bit frustrating. Internet is hit and miss all over the island.

This is apparently one of the largest hotel in town. It is located in the town center, so convenient to walk around to restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and pretty good size. Our room with twin beds were comfortable enough for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Beds are not one of the most comfortable ones around though. This... More

Despite their advertisement to have free wifi, it never works. When you ask them to fix it, they'll try to sell you $10 wifi card. Walk-in price for dining is unreasonably expensive with insipid taste.

The Palasia knows what it is - a good 2 or 3 star hotel. Nothing fancy; but good solid service. The rooms may be dated and need an overhaul; but the rooms are very clean. The hotel offers what a businessman needs while traveling and probably what most divers want all well. A good place to sleep at a good... More

Was great to be able to walk to restaurants, gift shops, post office, and jail (for overpriced storyboards). The inside was very open, very friendly front desk and restaurant staff, clean facilities. Very THIN WALLS though :( you could totally hear your neighbors, outside street traffic (if you're facing that way), and there are birds inside the building that make... More

Stayed at the Palasia during a conference for one week, I found the rooms very clean, breakfast was good, and there was enough variety, the restaurant was also good and prices were reasonable. There are plenty of things to do in Palau, the water is so crystal clear and the colours caused by the coral are amazing, diving is a... More

Had a great stay here last month for 3 nights. We were a tour group of 16... travelling through the South Pacific. We were not here for snorkeling or diving... but were here for culture and sightseeing. So, we wanted somewhere central in which to explore. You don't come here for the beach. There are few central places to select... More
