Positives: Inexpensive and met our basic needs. Sparce decor in the rooms. Spacious shower, good water pressure, lots of hot water. Includes refrigerator but no microwave. Includes daily breakfast buffet, but the choices were more catered to Japanese style. Waterslides were fun. Staff was very friendly. Free shuttle to and from downtown and the airport. Inexpensive spa massage, but no... More

Stayed here a couple of times ( 5 days at start, 1 day at end ) over a two week period. Good points; very friendly staff ( especially the free hotel shuttle driver! ), drinking water available for free, mostly good ( 5 out of 6 ) buffet breakfast, our room had a nice jungle/ocean view. The very bad; no... More

Airai Water Paradise hotel Lorie is the fanniest hotel we ever happened to stay over many years of intensive travelling. It is the only place we have ever seen were customers watch tv in the lobby because tv in the rooms has only one English language channel which is religios and four other channels are in Japanese and Chinese. There... More

About the only good thing I can say is that this place has easy access to the airport and offers free shuttle to the airport. The shower did not work properly (shower head was broken), toilet run constantly, sheets there worn and old, etc. I know it is hard to find decent hotel in Palau, but I would try and... More

We booked three rooms here for 5 days. At first, two of the rooms were "garden view" which is on the ground floor. These rooms were old and very musty/moldy. After a conversation with the front desk and $20 a night more, the two rooms were upgraded. The pool area was ok. There was a lap pool and a man-made... More

This was our first visit to Palau (family of four with two teenagers, 13 and 17). I booked everything months in advance and still had a difficult time finding availability in Koror. The Airai was the only place I could find with room for Christmas, so I booked three nights with hesitations. Our first impression when we arrived was that... More

This hotel is located near the airport and popular with Tawainese tourists. It has a nice buffet breakfast but the rooms are kind of old and the beds are very hard. The beds are like sleeping on the floor. The hotel offers free airport shuttle if you advise the hotel directly of your arrival time and flight info. There is... More

This is our third time visit Palau. We chose to stay at Airai Water Paradise Hotel which is new for us. This place is lovely. The price is not high. The quality of the room and service are nice. The quality of the food is also good. The waterslide is a lot of fun. We had a great time here... More

Despite a very pleasant and helpful staff, this place was a total hole. Our first room was supposedly an upgraded "jungle view" room with a view of a concrete wall. The carpet was filthy and musty, and the whole room reeked like a wet dog. We asked for an upgrade to the third floor which was much nicer, but the... More
