I don't really get the negative reviews. I found the service here to be very professional. Yes, the breakfast is a bit Asian-focused, but you can still get your french toast and bacon. You must pay for Internet, but it wasn't that bad of a deal and worked fine--Internet services all over Palau are pricey and charged by hour. There... More

Stayed here for one night at beginning of trip. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom looked clean but had faint odor. Grounds are very nice and great view. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's about $100.00 a night cheaper then Palau Pacific Resort with better rooms but the property itself is not quite as nice.

We stayed there for our honeymoon after we stayed a few nights at north beach. Staff members were friendly and really helpful, but we were not satisfied the stay here (maybe because the experience at north beach was so good that we were disappointed more). It looked nice in... The service at PRR is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and everyone speaks English well. The whole island is geared toward asian tourists, and this hotel is no exception, so you'll find that many of the meals are geared toward asian tastes, but they definitely have a ton of food for the western palate as well. There... More

We just got back from an 8 day stay at PRR while we were diving, which is the main reason to go to Palau from our perspective. We were able to get a better than average (airline employee) rate at the hotel, but otherwise it might be a little expensive (Palau is a relatively expensive destination). The dive companies offer... Great views from the resort. Ideally located for those who are heading off on live aboard dive cruises. Breakfast buffet and room, swimming pool etc were all good quality. Would use this hotel again as a jump off point for diving trips.

The location was good for us - close to Koror yet great views of Rock Islands gave feeling of being remote. Next door to Neco Marine where Palau Aggressor/Dancer arrives and departs. This resort served as a great place for us to adjust to the time zone changes before boarding the Aggressor. Wi-Fi at the hotel and across the island... More

Rooms and beds are great. No wifi. limited food options, but Sam's bar and grill around the corner is the best option Pool is nice and the little beach and lagoon area is also available for a swim, careful of the rock wall, a fellow travellor hurt her toes on the first day.

We arrived from Los Angeles after 18 hours with layovers, ect at 11pm. The staff was very helpful, spoke English. I wouldn't have wanted to spend more than one night here.....we were on our way to dive aboard for a week. But the room was basic, clean....bed comfortable, bath room amenities sufficient. We had the buffet breakfast in the morning... More

We stayed at the PRR for 10 nights and enjoyed every single minute of it with our SCUBA group. All the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping was really friendly, responsive, and helpful. When we first arrived at the resort in the middle of the night, we were taken to a lovely room, but could tell it was a... More
