This hotel was supposed to be the most high end resort in all of Palau. The property surely looked beautiful, however the prices and service just didn't deem justifiable. Housekeeping literally cleaned up half the room, leaving trash, wet counter, no change of towels, and bed halfway made ( didn't even bother to puff or smooth pillows. By staying at... More

Very kid friendly, love the kids room! They have high chairs and kids playthings at the beach. No changing table though. I thought the staff was very attentive. The buffet is awful but the bakery is divine. Internets is terrible.

A very practical and well situated hotel for diving in Palau. Has seen some improvements over the last 6 months, with better food and service. Rooms are pricey any don't expect luxury but is one of the better alternatives in a city with limited good offerings. Neco Marine next door in clearly the best dive operator locally. No wifi in... The room was lovely and big, the bed comfy and the air con worked well. Staff were very friendly and the Spa is awesome. The food was good, although I think it was more aimed at Japanese guests but we were fine with this. The pool and private beach were quiet and relaxing and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Overall,... More

Stayed 3 nights pre-cruise from Palau. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Resort is large with beautiful well maintained gardens and pool area. Our room had a view of the water but on entering the room was disappointed with the musky smell, which was always there and the room never seemed to be cool although there was a fan and... More

We stayed here after a two week cruise, and it was good to be on land. From check in to check out, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room we lovely With a view of the waters surrounding it. The bed was harder than I like. The breakfast buffet was good. The grounds were beautiful and lush. The only... More

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are good. I found the bed to be slightly hard. The hotel provided plenty of pillows so I used the extra pillows to counter the hard mattress. For a hotel of this quality I expect the hotel restaurant to be good and this... More

We stayed at the Palau Royal Resort in May 14. We had been out diving for 10 days on the Palau Siren. The hotel was a lovely and relaxing way to start and finish our dive trip. We lazed around the pool and dined in local restaurants. Only problem is there are lot of rooms with 2 single beds. Would... More

Spent three nights here. Room was really very nice, wonderful view, amenities, staff all great. It is quite large and helped with excursions in the area (jellyfish lake is expensive but worth it). Nice pool and lagoon area as well as a natural aquarium which was quite entertaining. Food choices are somewhat limited but a shuttle bus from hotel takes... More

I was very surprised to find such a large hotel on the island. It is much more than a hotel it is a place you can spend the entire day just doing what they have at the resort. They have swimming, boating, scuba diving, fish feeding, sight seeing, all just on the resort. They have a very friendly staff. They... More
