My family of four went to the Palau Pacific Resort for a week. We had made reservations via a travel agency in Korea, and they had booked a garden view room. We arrived late in the night so we could not see what was outside, but lo and behold, we had a partial view of the lovely sea just outside... More

I just returned from a 10 day stay at PPR, they went out of their way to make me happy. The staff was excellent throughout the resort. The food in the resturant was very good but on the high priced side. They cleaned my room twice a day. The grounds are worth taking a stroll with old vine plants and... More

We did not stay at Palau Pacific Resort overnight but we used the beach facilities for the day (you can pay a daily fee to use the beach and other facilties). The hotel has a lovely sandy beach with good facilities and very friendly staff. If I was to return to Palau I would probably choose to stay at this... More

Unfortunately, our experience at PPR was quite disappointing! To start with, the hotel rooms and facilities were old and dated. You totally lose a 5 star hotel feeling after 5 mins you arrived. Then we were put off by the fact that for every little things or services you need to pay extra. The rooms were already overpriced for what... More

My husband and I just returned from a week at the PPR. We've both traveled extensively and stayed at numerous "fancy" resorts but the staff interaction here exceeded any we've encountered in the past. Everyone we met was exceptionally courteous and friendly and we especially enjoyed the activities staff (notably Jose and Bill) who greeted us by name and went... More

The resort was very, very, good as were the staff. Meals were well above par, the rooms were good but if you were looking for value for money, it is at the top end and after staying at other resorts in Palau you are at the top end of the price point. But you also get what you pay for.

I have to admit that the resort itself was very nice. The location was sensational. The amenities were plentiful. The staff helpful and well trained but I will always find it very hard to award a resort that costs that much a 5-star review unless it blows my socks off.

My husband and I went to Tokyo, Palau, and Shanghai for our Honeymoon. The trip included a 7 night stay at PPR. When I booked with PPR months in advance thru Ginger Oiterong (Sales & Marketing), I requested a room that was quiet with an ocean view and then guaranteed an Ocean View room with our CC. After a few... More

I've had the opportunity to stay at this property many times and have always enjoyed my time there. The dining is very good, especially the breakfast buffet, the pool is small but good and the beach, you can't beat it.

Absolutely one of the most stunning places I've ever visited. Staff is beyond friendly but not overly solicitous. Privacy is respected. Spotlessly clean and well-apointed suites and rooms. The dining facilities are well-planned and take the best possible advantage of the views of paradise. Excellent cuisine, making the most of local delicacies. I would live here if I could.
