We stayed for 4 nights. It was great. The snorkeling is great. Staff is wonderful. It it starting to show some age, I think they should start investing in refurbishment. The prices are high for extra (food etc). You feel like you paid enough for the room, the other incidentals you feel like you are getting gouged.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at the PPR. Beautiful grounds, beach, views, etc. Ocean front room was great and the staff was very friendly. We will stay there again if we get back to Palau. A few tips. We did a la carte on the beef buffet night and waited forever for the fish entree. Had some drinks... More

We spent a week at PPR while diving with Neco Marine (they were excellent). PPR was a very nice facility. Their beach was the best I saw while in Palau. The service was very good. The food was tasty but overpriced. There is nothing within walking distance so you either had to take a taxi into town where the food... More

This trip was our 10th visit to Palau Pacific Resort (PPR) and was just as memorable as any other. From being met at the airport to the greeting upon arrival by staff to the cleanliness and room accommodations to the meal offerings, PPR lives up to its reputation as the finest resort in Palau. The entire facility is well maintained,... More

Very nice resort. The snorkeling in front of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the hotel staff was the best. I was there on business for 5 days and liked it so much that I’m going to go back with my wife for a week next month. Thanks for the great time Palau Pacific Resort!!!

PPR offered our family a very quiet getaway. Our stay, while very pleasant, was for us a disappointment. The hotel needs quite a bit of TLC. While we knew PPR did not provide your glamorous Club Med or boutique hotel experience we expected something that had soul, a vibe, a warmth...The decor is uninspiring, the rooms just as well, the... The worst thing about the hotel is simply the service. I flew into Palau and had asked my mother previously to book me a room. Well, they questioned the fact if she was Palauan. She lives in Palau and was asked this question? Upon my arrival they asked for payment up front? $1800 for my stay..no problem. Here is what... More

We recently stayed 4 nights at the PPR after a two week dive boat trip in the area and needed some rest and relaxation. We found the PPR was exactly what we were looking for, great beach, good restaurants, beautifully kept grounds and the most amazing staff. I cannot say enough about the staff, at every turn there was someone... More

We spent 5 nights at PPR and thoroughly enjoy the resort. The room was nice with a king size bed and private lanai, new flat screen TV, refrigerator and good air conditioner. The cabanas and lounge chairs on the beach were plentiful and free to use. There were many of activities available at the resort center and at the nearby... More

I didn't stay here but I spent several days using the facilities and eating a few times. From what I could experience and what I spoke with other people staying here, it doesn't seem to be worth to pay this amount of money for the hotel (about 400 usd per night). Facilities are ok, and it's one of the very... More
