I stay here each and every time I pass through Noumea which has been about 6 times in the past year and will continue to do so.

First-off, I'd like to point out that this hotel gets a bit of the "shaft" from TA as it's listed under "other lodgings" rather than comparing it against the other hotels in Noumea, which it should be. It has all normal hotel facilities, it operates as a hotel and really the only difference is that the rooms are large apartment style.

The whole place is designed so that each room has a terrace that faces the sea, which is great to sit out on and relax. The complaint someone made about not facing the sun is a little silly IMHO, as it is either face the sea or the sun. To have both you'd have to turn the entire island around.
