Well situated between Anse Vata & Baie des Citrons. An easy walk to restaurants and to the water taxi that takes you to Ile aux Canards & Ilot Maitre. Our family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 11th floor which was spacious, clean and had great views over Baie des Citrons. If you visit in the... More

The location of this place is in a terrific location. Slap bang between the two great South beaches in the tourist area. The apartments are large. We were staying in a two bedroom apartment. They are spacious and breezy with excellent views and balconies. The hotel could work on the quality of the beds. They are like lumps of wood... More

I have stayed here twice before, this time with my family for 4 days from December 19 till the 23rd. Casa Del Sol is situated in a prime location. It is in between the two main beaches Ansvata and Bai De Citron. It is close to everything, Aquarium, Casino, shops, hairdresser, restaurants, bars, night clubs and bus stop that takes... More

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, the last time was 4 years ago. It's an apartment hotel and the rooms are spacious and light. The ktchens are sizeable but they have only the most basic minimum of cooking utensils, cups, pans etc. No tea towels, dishwashing powder, laundry detergent is provided, not even a small welcome... We had 4 nights in this hotel and found it very disappointing - we were on the 16th floor and were unable to open the doors because it was so windy. A very uncomfortable bed which resulted in bad back and hips. To top it all of someone had been ill in the lift so quite smelly.

We have just spent 10 days staying here. Here are the good and bad: Good Location right at the junction between the two main beaches in Noumea means it's central to most things. Fantastic views of both Baie des Citrons and Anse Vata beach. Apartments are incredibly spacious and pretty well equipped - 2 toilets, shower over bath, comfortable beds,... More

Casa del Sole is located perfectly between Anse Vata beach and Bay de Citron, with easy access to the Aqurium, Quick and walking distance to shops and restaurants, and both beaches. The local bus stop is just a short walk on the Bay de Citron side. For location, it can't be beat. The apartments are large and spacious, and we... More

The Casa Del Sole is more a holidays apartment than an hotel. The apartments are fitted with a kitchen which is very appreciable if you want to cook your own meals. The hotel does not have a restaurant but is conveniently placed next to lemons bay and its night life. It means that there are plenty of restaurant and bar... More

This is not a hotel; the apartments are not serviced and although clean, spacious and adequately furnished there were inconveniences. eg no toilet paper (first time we've struck this) and only 2 towels. With no drier, washing them wasn't an option. Also no sharp knives in kitchen. Staff were helpful and spoke adequate English and helped us rent a car... More
