Doug and I had a wonderful stay at the Tuck U Inn at Glick Mansion. We were greeted early and told where we could go for lunch while we checked out the area sites. We had a lovely drive around the beautiful town and surrounding area. Our stay at the B&B was really good. They shared an extensive DVD library... More

Thank you Loman and Chris for a wonderful overnight stay at Glick Mansion. Everything was just perfect and thank you for being so accommodating and adding a cake to help celebrate my sister's birthday. Breakfast was superb!!!!!

This B & B is a gem in the small town of Atchison, Kansas, which has very limited lodging options. The large historic home is a treat to explore and is located in a quiet residential area, just three blocks from the Benedictine College campus. The proprietors are very gracious and did everything to make us comfortable. On various trips,... More

Our very first visit to a B&B exceeded our expectations! We were very impressed by the Glick Mansion in Atchison, and the charming First Lady's room where we slept. The canopy bed was comfortable and provided us with a good-night's sleep. The Inn was well decorated with beautiful antique furnishings. There were fresh-cut flowers in every room. The incredible breakfast... More

The perfect B&B experience... Beautiful exterior, lovely grounds, an even more gorgeous interior, a room as beautiful and comfy as your dreams (and even better than the pictures), an amazing breakfast and gracious, unobtrusive, yet friendly and responsive hosts. Chris was prompt to email me back to answer my questions and allowed me to check in a bit early to... More

My best friend and I came to Atchison on a shopping trip to Nel Hills. She had never stayed at a B & B before. She was so impressed! The inn keepers were so welcoming. We stayed in the First Lady's room. It was fresh, clean and comfy! The bed linens were wonderful and the food very tasty! We are... More

My sister and I faithfully travel to Atchison every Memorial Day weekend (and have for many years) to visit all our relatives. Since as not to burden our relatives, as well as give us the flexibility of coming and going as we please, etc. ... we've always rented a room at either the AmericInn or Comfort Inn. For years we... I have stayed at many B&B's and the Glick Mansion is by far one of the best. The owners are super friendly but are also very respectful of your privacy. We stayed in the First Lady's room, the mattress was super comfortable as were the sheets (I am very picky about my linens:). Everything was very clean, something else I... More

Beautiful property - difficult to get a reservation as they are popular. We had the First Lady's room which was Governor Glick's room. The sleeping porch has been renovated to be the bath for this room. Lovely decor and wonderful food. We were there before Halloween and Glick House was definitely in the "spirit" of the season! Great hosts. Will... More

My sister and I stayed 2 nights in the First Ladies Room. The bath in this room is over the top. Originally Governor Glick built this as a sunroom off the bedroom for his wife. Windows with shutters all around. Spacious room, tub with jets, fireplace and wonderfully furnished with antiques. We felt like we were staying at home: if... More
