Most of all, Kekemba offers extremely good service for a very reasonable price. The rooms are not that large, but cosy and convenient - and Kekemba's grounds come with a large swimming pool, a nice terrrace for breakfast, a whirling pool, sauna, etc. The place is quiet in a convenient way: be on yourself, or share your time or conversation with other guests (who are few in numbers, and there are - almost for sure - no kids, thanks heaven!). Owners John and Lloyd are wonderful hosts, who know almost everyone in Paramaribo and everything about Suriname, and they enjoy to share their knowledge with their guests. Travelling on Mangolaan to the city center (ten minutes by bike) is an adventure in itself, but when you have done that twice you absolutely know for sure that making a reservation at Kekemba was one of the best choices you made when you decided to go to Paramaribo.
