Flew to Asuncion with TAM Mercosur Airline, who put us up in Hotel Internacional while we waited for our onward flight the following day. The room was small but adequate, with air condioning, cable t.v. and mini bar. Enjoyed a very good meal in the hotel restuarant. Average 4* hotel. Free internet. we stayed at this hotel back in 1994 during the adoption process of our child. the staff was friendly, the food in the restaurant was pretty good, especially the pasta dishes and reasonably priced. they also offered a buffet/salad bar type theme on certain days which included cold fish dishes that were delicious. the hotels rooms back then were a... more
