i as glad I decided to stay here instead of the trendy Pegasus or Princess Hotels with all the tourists. This was as splendid surprise. Local Spot, Friendly staff with a decent pool and restaurant on site. Rooms were ok..Bathroom was clean and water temperature on the cool side. Beds could be better. Great spot for a night or 2.

This is a loud, dirty, fantastic backpacker's hotel. If you can accept that, and not expect anything else, you can have a hell of a good time at Sleepin. My husband and I had a room on the first floor, behind the reception desk. The noise was so unbelievable we though we were sleeping IN the lobby. We made the... More

You'll either love Sleepin or hate it. In my case, it was loud (karaoke blasts all night into my room), infested with cockroaches (inside the room and outside), and poor service from the front desk. The good news is that the food is good, especially compared to the Regency Hotel right behind it, and there is a decent selection of... More

I had the opportunity of staying here in May 2014. I ended up at Sleepinn After a disastrous stay at "status international". I must say Sleepin rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is great. Staff was helpful. It's centrally located and very convenient for easy access to Stabroek market, regent street etc. I highly recommend this hotel and the prices are good... More

My parents, daughter, husband and I Stayed at sleep inn from March 8-18 2014. The location was central and convenient to our relatives on the West coast. The staff were great and made efforts to keep the place clean and they made all efforts to serve you better. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. My daughter loved swimming every... More

I stayed at the Sleepin Hotel duirng the monthe of February 2014. This was the third time that I have stayed at this hotel. I must say that they are trying and that the service has improved since my last visit in 2012. However, there is still lots of room for improvements - my main concern was about the ordering... More

Again the Sleepin International hotel was a nice stay in Georgetown, good rates, nice restaurant and bar. Front desk isn't always 4 or 5 star service but helpful. had problems connecting to the WiFi on this trip. All in all I will return to this hotel nicely located in walking distance near the attractions in Georgetown.

Great place to stay! Fully Air Conditioned, great staff always happy to take your food/drinks order at the bar and the nice thing was they were all in uniform. I recently spent around 8 nights at Sleepin. Before and after visiting the interior of Guyana. I wrote to them a couple of months before my arrival to make a reservation. I was told that I would need to call to confirm. So I made the expensive international call only to be told I needed to call closer to the... More

Stayed here for the Christmas and New Years holidays so a total of two weeks. The room was clean and the staff was friendly except for one lady. Overall the food was good, the daily housekeeping service was good and even the karaoke on Thursdays was ok if you are into that kind of thing. The prices were reasonable and... More
