Staff was so friendly and flexible! We just spent about 10 hours there during a layover and they let us check-in early, enjoy breakfast and were over-all helpful! Location is superb. Very clean room - maybe a little noisy because it faced the dinning area, but overall ok. Breakfast included toast, jam, coffee and fresh fruits:) Taxi from airport is... More

Fatima hospital is very unclean and is very unsafe area. In fact after I arrived at Fatima hospital it was made clear to me that it was not safe to even walk around that part of the neighborhood after 10 o'clock at night. The hostel is unclean and is very poorly managed. In fact I stayed there for 2 weeks... More

After spending the day in person in the area finding a decent hostel I found this place and asked for a room in two days time. I rang to confirm the day/ night before, left my email etc and all was well. My friend was coming off a 30hour bus ride so I was sure to book a private room... More

This hostal is very cheap. And the staff was friendly. That is about it on the plus side. Other than that it is quite dark everywhere. The rooms have seen way better days and some are smelly and/or noisy from the ajoining restaurant. There are very few bathrooms and you are lucky to find a clean one. We had a... More

If you thought hostels were for sleep, think again. Hostel Fatima, alternatively known as the Bogotá museum for aural annoyance, is a rickety hippyish hostel found in the candelaria district. The start of our stay should have given us a clue to the impending doom we were about to let ourselves in to but lazy receptionists who don't let us... More

awfull indeed , noisy : impossible to sleep in that so called hostal, unrespectuous people drinking and singing all night long and no one able to impose silence to those unfaithfull noisy customers. the worcest place to stay in bogota la candelaria: avoid it if you want to be quiet ; this is a place for junkies

We arrived late at night and were shown to our dorm beds. They had both clearly been slept in and not changed, looked like the last guests had just stepped out of them. After mentioning this to the member of staff he didn't really know what to do, he left and came back and mentioned problems with management and just... More

Lovely girl who works on reception, but the place is worn and unloved! False advertisement, and worst of all the lady who runs breakfast is incredibly grumpy and appears to hate her job. Otherwise, could be a good hostel, just needs TLC and a shape up.

I stayed here for 3 nights and was so happy to leave afterwards. There are much better places around in Bogota so i can't recommend it at all. The only good thing was the price of the dorms at 18,000 pesos and the staff were friendly enough but it's not worth it if the internet doesn't work and you can't... More
