Although the hostel is large,it still has many areas to chill and meet people, the Wifi was poor unless you sat in the old uncomfortable sofas at reception. I can highly recommend Louis Carlos cycle tours around the city lasting approx 3 1/2 hours,Louis will show you some history and the graffiti as well as his favourite parks, Although the tour... I had a couple of nights here and the location is great and the hostel is beautiful, also very helpful. Especialy the lovely travel agent Leidy who made my travel to Medellin really simple. She has a great pesonality and a lovely smile. One of Columbias finest senoras. Welcoming recpion eveyone here is very nice.

This was my first Hostel experience and I couldnt be happier with the decision. Fatima has a great bohemian feel and amazing staff that is a tight knit group. While I was there I was blown away by the warm nature of the staff they are very helpful and always willing to give directions or advice on day trips and... More

Avoid if you want a good nights sleep! Beds were awful with slippery sheets, pillows were like rocks, whole hostel was noisy all the time. Hot water didn't work properly, wifi signal is bad. Much better places to stay in Bogota! Try Explora around the corner.

we were first given a room which opened onto the central communial area but when we asked if it will be noisy - the lady on reception came back to us and gave us another room. This room was very quiet, it was upstairs out the back and had it's own balcony with a view of the mountains which was... More

The best of this hostel is the price. It is the cheapest in the Candelaria region. The staff are super attentive and kind . Breakfast is also ok . It also has a large and nice common area. The downside is that it is very noisy and hard to have a peaceful night's sleep. In the morning there is also... More

This hostel is hands down the dirtiest hostel I've ever stayed in. The place is really run down, cigarette buts in the toilets, hair in the plug holes and pillows like bags of cement. Go down the road to the explorer hostel which is much nicer and super clean.

Horrible, dirty place..we stayed there a couple of nights ago for one night. We arrived quite late otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. The place is extremely run-down and depressing. Would avoid especially considering there are much nicer hostels in the immediate area for better prices.

Normally i don't bother writing a review if it's not positive because sheets aren't clean or a light is not working but in this case It is necessary to share my experience in this hostal for all the following travelers. First of all most of all the people all over the world traveling to Colombia arrive in Bogota. I have... More

We stayed in Fatima Hostel for more than a week and totally loved it! Compared to the 3 other Hostels we tried in Bogota this was definitely the one with most character. There is many different hangout places, a big kitchen. We stayed in a dorm and it was super safe and very comfortable. Yes the sheets are sliding, but... More
