We have used this hotel for various trainings (chosen by client) and they are some of the worst. Yet, the service makes up a lot for the poor conference rooms. POINT: The conference rooms are very steril, poor sound, and very uninspiring. Yet, I was more than pleased with the help and top quality service from the staff. They accommodated... More

The good: - safe location, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the BRT station. - very clean rooms. - breakfast buffet, and food in general, is of very good quality with fresh fruit and fruit juices every day. - staff is very supportive of any need you might have. The bad - the traffic noise is quite annoying in the lower... More

If u came due to work purposes for a short trip or u're coming for the first time, I recommend this hotel basically for its location. It's safe to go out anytime on foot [there are several restaurants, supermarkets, banks, churches, laundries... nearby], and it's 10 min away by taxi to "Calle 93" or "Zona T" - where u find... More

This hotel is not very plaisant as located in the middle of motorways. The windows are only with a single glass meaning that you can enjoy the noice of the traffic as from late in the night and early in the morning. I had no hot water and the eating system was smelling. The breakfast and the food are ok.

Our room was spacious and clean, only items missing was the usual coffee percolator most hotels have now-a-days. Personnel were extremely kind and service minded. Buffet breakfast was as expected. The only complain I have is that i do not have any complaint from this hotel, which I usually have from other hotels I stayed in the past

This Hotel is only a halfish hour from the Airport,it sits atop a large roundabout so theres always something to look at (if traffic entertains you) the rooms are clean, the mini bar is not overpriced so dig in,the restuarant meals are ok ,but its a bit dingy, drink plenty in the cute adjoining lil bar &you wont notice, the lil gym had... I spent three nights here for a conference in August 2011. Pros: Rooms are clean and large, with hardwood floors and high ceilings; noise levels were reasonable. Cons: The bed was extremely hard; the toilet lid would not stay up because the bathroom counter extended too far from the wall and blocked it (design flaw); minibar selection was questionable (canned... During the past five years hotels in Bogota have increased their prices well out of what is reasonable. The Andes Plaza is a decent hotel with excellent staff. The reservation process at times has difficulties so you must be sure to get a confirmation from the reservation clerk, different from the front desk staff. Prices are reasonable in the $80... More

This is without a doubt the worst place I have stayed in Bogota. The property is old and poorly maintained. The meeting rooms and the hotel rooms smell like mold. The first night I arrived, half the carpet of my room (6 floor) was wet. I asked them to get me another room and they offered me a room in... More
