Note that we stayed in a room on the middle of the second floor, which may not be representative of all the rooms here. Pros: Dark room, especially if the bright hallway light is turned off. Great shower, although very small bathroom. Dry sauna worked well, although the light inside doesn't work. Wet sauna didn't seem to be working. Jacuzzi... More

This is a tough review to write. Let's start with the positives. The location in relation to bogota attractions is great. The breakfast included was yummy and the cook, who also cleans the rooms, was so sweet. Where you actually eat breakfast is very cute. The price I got on Expedia was unbeatable ($34 including breakfast). Previous reviewers had issues... More

It is a good location if you want to visit museums, galleries and plazas in the city center, also close to public transportation (busetas and transmilenio), however it is located in a narrow street that does not look the safest. My room was not that spacious and there was no proper closet, but the bed was comfortable, bedroom and bathroom... More

The hotel is clean and the the staff is very friendly and cooperative, specially Gina, Rodrigo, Patricia and the staff at the cafeteria. The location is good since is walking distance to Museo del oro and historical center; but this is only up to certain hour I will not venture later than 7pm on foot, too many street people or... This is a small and friendly hotel. It is immaculately clean, and the staff is exceedingly helpful and kind. Some perks are all day fresh coffee, tasty breakfast, free computers with internet, and perfect location. We too had to argue a bit about the IVA and were glad to have printed the reservation that explained this was not a requirement... More

I stayed in the hotel in the weekend of December 27th of 2014. It is a nice little hotel in central location of Bogota. All the historical places, like, La Canderlaria, Plaza Bolivar, etc. are easily accessible from this hotel. I made to every place by walking or by cycling. In regard to the rooms, they are not very fancy... More

I returned to the hotel after staying here in 2013. I find it comfortable and in an excelent location for La Canderlaria and the historic centre including Plaza Bolivar and the Gold Museum. The Trans Milenio is also a short walk if you want to get around the city (K11? direct to terminal El Dorado for the airport if you... More

Upon arrival, we were asked to pay for the accommodation up front and they tried to add the 16% VAT. When we advised them this was not a requirement for non-Colombian citizens they argued with us for 45 mins quite aggressively. They finally decided that once they had a copy of our passports, itinerary and entry stamps we wouldn't have... More

We stayed there for 3 nights. The first night we had the big room to the street and for people who are not used to noise at night you want to choose a different room. We then could change without problem to a different room, which was small, but quiet. The breakfast is simple, but ok. It is all clean... More
