Had a great stay in this hotel. The room was beautiful with plenty of character. Breakfast was good and served in an attractive courtyard. The staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for value for money and its ideal location in the old and charming part of Bogota.

I believe that this Hotel is one of the most beatyful one in Bogotà ... Anyway this Hotel has something of special and it has nothing to do with the international resort. It very well located in the hearth (La Candelaria) of Bogotà and from this location you may easily (trafic apart) reach the other parts of the City or... More

I spent four glorious days this past August in Bogota, Colombia with my son. We stayed in the historic center, the candelaria. The hotel I chose was perfect; It was close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself was charming with beautiful architectural history. They offer a fabulous breakfast with fresh everything. The staff was exceptional and... More

I traveled in a group, for business. The hotel is in the historic center. Just stayed one night. Arrived late and left early the next day. Nice to have an early walk in the morning and see many old and historic buildings. Great for picture taking. You do see armed guards in the surrounding area. My room faced an interior... More

Charming, European-style hotel in the beautiful historic center. Not super-luxurious, but extremely comfortable, quiet, and nice. The staff is exceptionally helpful, and even sent us a taxi to fetch us in a distant part of town when we stranded in rush hour in the rain.

Generally enjoyed my stay here in May 2014. The hotel is very nice and is centrally located for numerous historic and tourist sites. The staff was very nice and the hotel exceptionally clean. The only serious problem was excessive noise very late night. Many of the the rooms are centered around a courtyard, and noise from all activities, partying and... More

Overall a nice hotel in the centre, You can walk to all the main sights from here and a very safe location as it is opposite one of the ministries so the road access is guarded by police/military. We stayed twice, first for a few days to see Bogota then for a one night stop to catch an early plane.The... More

A beautiful boutique hotel that is centred on the courtyards of two grand old buildings in old Bogota. Wonderful, helpful staff, a very nice bar and breakfast room in the first main courtyard. Nice spacious rooms that have much character but also make for agreeable stays. A perfect location for visitors to the city -- a short walk to the... More

Very nice hotel in a central location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms in the wing of the hotel are very nice, the ones in the old wing are rather noisy and in need of a facelift.

The hotel is located near the central square. Botera Museum is two blocks away. Lots to do and see, all in walking distance. Rooms are large but bathrooms are small in the old section of the hotel. The breakfasts are simple and good.
