This hotel is okay, not great. It's clean and has what you basically need. But I just waited for over an hour to get food in the restaurant. It took 45 minutes to even get water. This was with about 7 tables occupied and about 5 people working. The beds are okay but the walls are thin so if it's... More

I was here for 1 night. Qualit sleeping was OK. Breakfast not bad at all. Rooms are big and comfortables. Only thing I will say wrong about this, he outside is little old and seems like a very old building. Inside still old but changes has been made. Still a little expensive because when you book it, has to pay... More

This hotel is in a good part of the city. The staff gives excellent service and care. The rooms are a above average for Colombia. The food here is recommended. It is easy to get transportation and the hotel staff will make it safe for you.

The hotel appears situated fairly close to Bogota central which is fairly convenient. I found the rooms functional without doing anything overtly memorable or flash, and the same can be said for the majority of the hotel. Its a good standard hotel that doesn't really do anything particularity wrong. Lunch time was a poor show in my opinion, food is... More

This hotel is nice, handy, and has a lot of amenities: bar, restaurant, spa, gym, sauna... meeting rooms, etc... BUT and please consider this seriously: the location "seems to be good" but due to the CONSTANT TRAFFIC around the hotel it is a nightmare to get in or out during the working hours... You may say that Bogota has always... More

After working all day in this wonderful country, it was good to return to a hotel with helpful staff, and a good restaurant. The sushi bar has a very good selection, and was fresh. The room had a VERY comfortable bed with a good selection of pillows.

This place has two excellent restaurants, the Spa was very good and the staff was supreme. I do recommend this hotel to stay in any season. I did not know this hotel, I read a great review on the website, and decided to risk it with my husband, yes this was worth it. We went to visit friends for two... More

Bogota is an enormous city but this hotel appears to be within reasonable proximity to the business center. Rooms were generously sized. The restaurant (used for breakfast only) was excellent with plenty of the usual breakfast dishes with some Colombian touches as well. The sushi bar has some excellent made to order choices as well. Gym is a little small... More

This hotel is central and close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. A cab is recommended for city tours to the historic section. The hotel gym is adequate and it offers spa treatments. The buffet breakfast is worth the price. The staff are friendly, speak English and are helpful in suggesting worthwhile activities.

This is not a luxury hotel, but a very good week maintained business hotel. Pleasant staff, clean rooms and overall OK. The customer service rejected a DHL delivery which I had given very specific instructions. Eventually received 3 days later. Then hotel has a superb included breakfast, when the music is not playing so loud you cannot speak. After three... More
