Have stayed at Casa Medina hotel many times on business trips to Bogota. It is located in a beautiful historic palatial home that has been tastefully added on to. It is a five star hotel and a wonderful change from a standard business class hotel. It is located within walking distance from calle 72 (Chile) and Rosales neighborhood and right... More

We stayed at Casa Medina for 4 days, and cannot criticize anything. The room was large and very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent. Although not located in an area of many tourist destinations, there are a large number of decent to excellent restaurants within a (safe) 5 minute walk. Astrid y Garcon, a Peruvian restaurant, was... The hotel was recommended as the place to stay for our business meetings as the central location to our client meetings. The hotel has beautiful flowers and the overall beauty of the hotel grew on me during my three day stay. My room on first impression seemed to me to be average. Not sure why they don't stock a iron... More

I was recommended this hotel by locals as the "best" hotel in Santiago and certainly one of the most expensive ones. My expectations were high and since I travel often to Bogota I decided to check it out. I work in the travel industry so I am used to being in Hotels worldwide. The title of my review says it... This hotel is centrally located and offers everything you require of a 5* boutique hotel: the reception area is small and charming (coffee and cookies on offer), the staff friendly, the interiour design very stylish and comfortable. The room I had (Junior Suite) was of good size with a beautiful bathroom and great furniture. Internet (WiFi) is free and fast.... More

After spending several days in Cartagena, we decided to go to the rich city of Bogota and stay at Casa Medina. We had read the reviews on this hotel and were very excited to experiment it first hand. I have to say that the expectations about the hotel were not only met but far exceeded. This is the place to... More

For years I have been staying at the Radisson Royal Bogota, and found little reason to look elsewhere. However, the Radisson was unusually expensive this time, so I tried the Casa Medina. What a nice change! Beautiful appointments (except for the cheesy lobby furniture), spacious rooms, and a very well maintained property. My room in the back had suite qualities,... More

We went to Bogota for a family wedding in January and I was amazed at the extreemly high standard of this hotel. The rooms, service etc were some of the highest standards I have come accross. Well worth staying at. The area is very safe and youcan walk around in safty at night (unlike many other areas) There are loads... More

Our usual favorite the Hotel de Opera was booked for a few days so we stayed here for a change of pace. This is a lovely and elegant hotel in the financial district of city. The location is within walking distance lots of great restaurants and shops. The staff is kind and helpful. It has all of the bells and... More

This hotel is in a classic building in the financial center of Bogota. I normally stay at this hotel's sister property, the Charleston, where I've become accustomed to excellent, very personalized service. The Casa Medina offers a much colder and less inspired service to its guests. Hotel employees walk by you without greeting, the front desk staff hardly smiles, and... More
