I spent one week here for business and one of days I left for sightseeing. Customer service is excellent and the restaurant serves a great buffet breakfast and surprinsingly delicious (gourmet) meals. Room is clean and looks modern, but the bathroom needs renovation ASAP. K-size Bed is really confortable. Cable TV offer tons of channels, including premium like Movies and... more

We didn't know what to expect when booking this hotel. Because of our discount from my husband's job, we have to contact the hotel directly, which was a pain. No one spoke English (although they did when we arrived), they made us upgrade to an executive room, they charged us $40 for having 2 people instead of one, etc. Even... more

I stayed one night at the Royal Hotel, beside the world trade centre in Bogota for business reasons. It's quite close to the airport. I was upgraded to a massive room with sofa and and large desk. The toiletries were first class and the shower had plenty of power. The front desk and door staff were very helpful, young and... more

I usually stay at Sheratons, Hiltons, and Hyatt mostly for the points. In this hotel when in Colombia, I do not care about the points. It is about the friends that I have acquired. Points do not remember your name, they do not remember what your likes are, and your need and that you are away from home. When I... more

Spent almost 2 weeks here on a business trip. A very acceptable room with fantastic views to the north of the city on 2 sides. Convenient location, a 2 minute walk from World Trade Centre. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the gym, once I found it (you really need to ask, or you've... more

If you are going to Bogota and plan to do business in this part of the city, this hotel is just fine. Rooms are big and the minibar one of the best ones I've ever seen. more

Bad checkin. I arrived at 6.00pm on a Saturday and there was one person in front of me arguing about his bill. After the lady finished with him she served me and advised me my reservation had been cancelled and commenced to serve someone else. 5 minutes later she served me and I showed her my reservation with Expedia and... more

Where to start? I've been staying at this hotel since 1993. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Bogota, and that's considering that service overall is good anywhere in the city. I travel the world and I doubt there's another place where I feel so at home as here. These people will just try to help, assist and just... more
