The Hotel Cosmos was a very nice hotel and equalled any **** hotel in the US. The only issues I had were that the restaurant had a mariache band playing each night and the brass instruments made speaking anywhere in the lobby area / bar area or restaurant virtually impossible. The room was large, very clean and it had one... more

Overall, I believe the customer service at hotels in Colombia is top notch when compared to the U.S. No different here at the Cosmos 100. Excellent front desk staff, good room service, convenient location and good security without being in your face. If you are to stay at the Cosmos, make sure to stay in the newer towers. The newer... more

Good hotel and service. I stayed at the C tower, on a very nice superior suite with 2 rooms and 3 beds. The showers were really nice and clean. Very clean. Maids are very nice too. The rooms are not very spacious, but for the price I paid, excellent. I was able to share the suite with two friends, and... more

If you're staying here try to get a room in the New Tower. The other rooms are fine, but in the new tower they are excellent! A quiet business hotel with a nice bar, and excellent jazz combo playing in the evenings. The main hotel restaurant is limited to buffet meals, but the quality and selection available is good. There... more

I stayed here for 4 days on a business trip. The rooms were clean but sparse. The hotel has a OK resturant, which is good since there are no other resturants within a short walk. The hotel is located about a km from the Zona Tee where all of the hot resturants/clubs are located. The staff was friendly and attentive. more

I wasn't able to get a room at my preferred hotel- or even my second or third choice. I was worried that the hotel would be terrible but found it above average. Staff were very helpful. Location is not ideal but close enough to all of the places that I needed to get to. more

Well, the first impression wasn't bad, because the lobby looks pretty nice. The rooms are actually not bad, the only problem is that they are TINY. They have nice comfy beds and all that good stuff, but they're just too small. The pool area is okay. It's a lap pool at the roof top of the building, and the gym... more

The Cosmos 100 is in a good spot of town.....that is it for the good... This hotel is in bad shape in every aspect. They are doing a remodel, so who knows down the road, but for the next year this place is terrible. the restaurant staff is the worst. They dont speak english and do not care. The food... more
